Too many times I've gottendonuts that are not fresh. They are hard and taste like they were from the previous day. Theorem employees park in the spots in front of the store that should be for customers. I never understand businesses that allow theor employees to park in front of the store. There arw only 5 other 6 parking spots as it is.

This is probably one of the worst donuts ever ate in my life. Just got one jelly donut and it was stale. It’s on fathomable that a donut shop sells donuts this bad. You know what I wanna thank you. because you have pushed me to go on a diet.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE!! Spent over 5 minutes at drive thru window. Kept calling out no one answered. Went to window and they would not serve us! Told we had to go back through line which was now long because they didn’t call us. Manager was extremely rude and still wouldn’t serve us. Denied not answering drive thru. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE. Drinks are only right half the time too!!

Every single time I have been here they are out of what I want. Last time they didn’t have glazed donuts today they didn’t have plain bagels. It’s getting ridiculous. I would not go here if you are expecting to get something specific because they are probably out of stock!

I've been here several times now and yes sometimes the employees arent super friendly but I've never had anyone be out right rude to me. The coffee is super hit or miss though. Today takes the cake though because they forgot the top piece of bread on my husbands and my sandwiches and the iced coffee is the most watered down it's ever been at any location. I'm normally here early but came later today I guess the early crew is the only good one? After reading other reviews I don't even know if I'll come back.

They had a sign at the cash register inside the store at the Dunkin' Donuts for service to drive through to me it seems discrimination being a customer I left went to Starbucks cuz it's just next door telling me they didn't want my service when I wanted service inside the store because of more convenient
