I love the latte with oatmilk and brown sugar syrup sweetener and had a craving for such. I ordered in the app and was pleased to find the restaurant to be pretty new. My only issue was the lady taking orders was kind of rude, but it's all good. She apologized, I got my latte, and life went on.

I went this morning 11.26.25 probably 915-9:30AM. The staff was so upbeat and pleasant! Some even came to the window just speak to my dog lol. The manager was working the window and said how busy they get after l said l appreciate them for being so great. I think its amazing to have ppl who come to work and do their job amazing even when it can be challenging 🙌🏾 thanks again for helping start mine and my pups day off right! My doughnuts,frozen hot chocolate and sandwich was perfect.

Their is one particular lady in the morning that will charge you more then the price that is shown if you dont ask for a receipt. I've tested this many times. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT if you use the drive thru. Just a heads up. Report her if it happens to you. Other then that great dounts.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is hands-down the best in the area. The staff, especially the women that work the early morning shift, are super friendly (which has not been my experience with other Dunkins around here, so it really makes these wonderful women stand out). The ladies that work the morning drive-thru shift are always extremely nice and upbeat. The service is exceptionally fast; I’m often in and out of the drive-thru line in under two minutes. I’ve only been inside the building a handful of times, but each time, it’s been clean and comfortable. And of course, the donuts and coffee are delicious!

Just ordered a hot mocha latte. They gave me a mocha on ice. I mentioned to the manager that it was supposed to be hot. She looked at me and said okay and turned around. I assumed that they were going to make a new one. No I stood there for at least 20 minutes looking like an idiot.
I'm a New England girl who loves her Dunkies ice coffee. I'm very particular about it, and every time I get my coffee here it is perfect. Everyone is always friendly, even with a full restaurant. If you go in often enough, they start to recognize you and make you feel like family friends. I highly recommend this Dunkin.

On 09Aug at 0745 I walked up to the Dunkin and As usual I walk up and the doors are locked but the drive thru is open even though they have been opened since 5am. I asked in the drive through why the doors are locked and was told in a rude voice “because I decided to keep them locked”. I made my order and rolled up to the window and asked when will the doors ever be unlocked because every time I come they are always locked and the girl looked scared to answer and just shrugged and handed me my order. I dont know what’s going on in this store but the management needs to be looked into.
