Every time I visit this location I’m rushed at the speaker box when trying to place my order. Every time I’m rushed my order is wrong!!!! Today I asked for assorted munchkins and received only two types!!! The box was sticky feeling like sugar from yucky gloves & when you call the store, no answer! This location by far is the worst I’ve ever visited! Please by pass and visit another!

There was upselling to an even-better deal, maintaining a pleasant attitude and not getting upset while my Mom was attempting to decide what products best suited her needs. After I placed my order at the drive thru window I paid and realized I forgot to order a large hot coffee for plain. The young lady refused to take my order and told me I needed to pull around to order again. That was very frustrated because line was already long.

Ordered 2 drinks and a dozen donuts. Box comes taped closed, got home and not only were there only 10 donuts in the box, half were not correct. Called and drove all the way back to be told they were out of what I ordered. Horrible customer service and barely apologetic. Dunkin’ has lost my family’s business.

The food and drinks can be hit or miss. The new location is beautiful and staff are friendly. Many times I've placed a mobile order to pickup in the drive thru, it seems like there isn't a way for them to enter that in their system because I always have to inform them I'm the mobile order and they have to ask the name at the window, despite giving the info at the speaker.

I used to love dunkin' donuts they were the closest I could find in my area to a New York style bagel... But now this is what I'm getting I don't really know what it is but boiled bread that was kind of squarish round with some topping... And that barely stuck... ... Yeah I took the bite out of it, but I wanted to make sure it was still as bad as it was the last time I had one of these recently and it was..... I don't recommend dunkin' donuts bagels to anyone anymore I think they need to go back over how to make those in store again...... Cuz these people don't know how and I am finding many other ones that are the same type of awful bagel. And that's all I have to say about that.

I recently switched over to Dunkin from Starbucks and the staff at this location are wonderful and kind (even in the mornings) but for the love of god please fill up the coffee cup! I do mobile orders all the time but they never fill the cup up! It’s always at most 75% full. No matter what size I get the cup is never full and I know they can’t fill it to the brim, but at least fill it to 90%.
Ordered an iced coffee wasn't given a straw. I wasn't close to where I was going. I didn't notice immediately, so I had to wait to drink the delicious coffee. Pretty disappointing.

We placed our order at 10:41 and didn’t get it until 11:20. Apparently our coffees had been sitting since 11 behind the counter. I ordered a mocha signature latte that was half empty which they blamed on foam… but the foam was halfway down! Not only that but signature lattes come with whip cream and drizzles. I asked them to remake it - they took it, opened it, said it was fine and refused to remake it!! Even after all that time and it was clearly made wrong — I’ve ordered this same drink many times. This Dunkin used to be good but has gone downhill big time. This was my third poor experience there and now I’m just done with this place.
