The food and drinks can be hit or miss. The new location is beautiful and staff are friendly. Many times I've placed a mobile order to pickup in the drive thru, it seems like there isn't a way for them to enter that in their system because I always have to inform them I'm the mobile order and they have to ask the name at the window, despite giving the info at the speaker.

I used to love dunkin' donuts they were the closest I could find in my area to a New York style bagel... But now this is what I'm getting I don't really know what it is but boiled bread that was kind of squarish round with some topping... And that barely stuck...
... Yeah I took the bite out of it, but I wanted to make sure it was still as bad as it was the last time I had one of these recently and it was..... I don't recommend dunkin' donuts...

We’ve had pleasant experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts numerous times. Today was by far the best. The employees that were working there today were so kind not only to us but to our kids. They had great customer service!
