I've ordered from Dunkin' Donuts through DoorDash four times now, and every almost single time, my order is wrong! It’s incredibly frustrating to expect one thing and get something completely different. Missing items, incorrect drinks—this has been a huge letdown. It’s unacceptable! I love Dunkin' but this needs to change. I hope they can fix their order accuracy soon!"

After waiting for literally an hour in the drive through(why I decided to stay is beyond me), they didn't even get my order right on a 23$ order. Never returning to this incompetent location who can't even speak loud enough into the speaker when taking orders. I want my money back.

If could give this restaurant all zeros I would. We sat in the drive in line for 45 minutes waiting for our order only to get to the window and they had to “cook” it. Once we paid it was another 15 minutes for them to make it. Seriously folks do not bother with this place unless you have an hour to wait. In addition the bathroom that was open (men’s only) was disgustingly dirty. There was a young man that was working that did absolutely nothing while the manager ran around doing everything. I felt so sorry for the young lady at the window who was getting all the complaints but this place was very poorly managed.

This may be the worst Dunkin in the area. I went there twice when it first opened and had my “everything bagel with cream cheese” screwed up so I stopped going. Waited a year and went back today. Got home with a plane bagel and both sides are the bottom sides. Not even worth the price of gas to go back and have it fixed.

The midnight coffee is the best they have. Unfortunately it usually needs to be brewed after ordering.
Super friendly staff, food was delicious. They seem to be out of quite a few things, I wasn't able to get the hash browns that I wanted but everything else in my order was available and great. There seem to be a lot of frustrated customers in there because they're either short-staffed or the fact that they were out of a lot of stuff but even though many of the customers were rude, the staff continued to be friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by their response to the hostility that they were receiving.

I had a mobile order I put in at 7:20 came in at 7:40 it was not even started when I got there. I get my food fine coffee was a cold brew with normal sugar and cream it came out WHITE. I asked them to add more coffee and it was still white. This literally happens everytime I go here literally go to any other dunkin :)

Horrible experience again.! I ordered on line. And after 45 minutes of standing in the store, and complaining they finally finished my order. Do not order on line, just walk in with your order. They helped everyone who just walked in. While I ordered ahead a waited. I spent 60 dollars. Even the donuts were stale. Every time i come here there's a problem. I will not be back.
