Super friendly staff, food was delicious. They seem to be out of quite a few things, I wasn't able to get the hash browns that I wanted but everything else in my order was available and great. There seem to be a lot of frustrated customers in there because they're either short-staffed or the fact that they were out of a lot of stuff but even though many of the customers were rude, the staff continued to be friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by their response to the hostility that they were receiving.

I had a mobile order I put in at 7:20 came in at 7:40 it was not even started when I got there. I get my food fine coffee was a cold brew with normal sugar and cream it came out WHITE. I asked them to add more coffee and it was still white. This literally happens everytime I go here literally go to any other dunkin :)

Horrible experience again.! I ordered on line. And after 45 minutes of standing in the store, and complaining they finally finished my order. Do not order on line, just walk in with your order. They helped everyone who just walked in. While I ordered ahead a waited. I spent 60 dollars. Even the donuts were stale. Every time i come here there's a problem. I will not be back.

I could barely hear the lady on the intercom. Then when I drove off with my sandwich and got down the road. I found out I didn't get the top slice of bread to my sandwich. How they can not notice it was missing shocks me. Then the bagel sandwich was a bit hard and difficult to chew. Didn't seem worth my time to go back and have it fixed if they're that incompetent.

The workers here will do anything but make your order and move like snails. The first two visits I had here were good but then the workers that did their job right weren’t there anymore. When a worker at a coffee establishment looks at an iced macchiato and says “goodness how much espresso is in that” is a problem! The coffee always has an awful taste and they don’t listen to you when you order and mess up the coffee and food. If you can’t even find the “creamer” button on the register I think there’s a big issue.

They are often out of almost all of their selection of donuts. I find myself waiting 5-10 minutes for a coffee when there are no cars in the drive through. On top of this, they still manage to mess up a cappuccino (how is that even possible..?). This might be the worst Dunkin location in America. They need new staff or managment or at this point they might even need Jesus. Drive 10 more minutes to find yourself a different Dunkin to save your body from a headache. I gave this place ample opportunities because it is 1-2 minutes from my house. Never again.

Currently sitting in this establishment and the manager is literally screaming at her African American staff like she has lost her mind. All over a “big bill” issue. I am blown away by her rude attitude and loud voice in here. She needs to be fired.

Nothing I ordered was correct. For one, I ordered 2 SWEET BLACK PEPPER BACON SANDWICHES and I received normal bacon that was rubbery and questionable. With BASIC AMERICAN CHEESE. Also waited about 20 mins for this disaster. Honestly America we are at an all time low. The second part of this is I got the butter pecan crunch frozen coffee that tasted like pure diabetes and Hershey's syrup that came right out of the bottle disgusting !!!!Dunkin really let me down on this one.

Don't get me wrong this location of dukin is a good & clean.. but there is one worker who is currently working there. She makes me wanna throw my coffee at her. She a super rude, the amount of time she basically tosses my cash and coins back at me. After ordering she goes silent and usually I get told the total but I got silence for a good 30 seconds then she says "pull around" "you should have said something"... excuse me like I don't know who pissed in her coffee this morning but she needs to go, this isn't the first time. I use to love coming to this dukin and not feel like I'm about to deal with a b**** at 11 am. She is very short , she feels as if I'm working for her lol, like I'm giving you my money that makes your damn pay check. I don't know if anyone else has dealt with her, but I literally tried very hard not to just throw my coffee at her and drive off. She messes up my order, she makes me feel as if that's it cause again it's all attitude and no "your food will be out in one minute", so then I pay for something I don't get. She needs to go. And I feel bad for her cause in a grown up, big girl job, no one is gonna take her bullshit. No wonder she works at dukin.. no disrespect towards other people who work at dukin but all disrespect to her. Sorry but im gonna give 1 star because of her. No wonder it's been empty lately.

It's clear the employees do not enjoy working here, and it is reflected with their extreme lack of customer service and bedside manner. It's also apparent that the drive through service is the priority versus serving the line of people waiting to order at the counter. Until they get their act together, don't waist your time and money at this location

I've been there before and the service was great up until today! I had 3 kids trying to pick out their donuts and the lazy excuse of a server wanted me to move over to the register area to order after watching her just stand around. I had to approach her after 5 minutes of her just standing around. I had to go back n forth to see what the donuts were called then back to her to order. She was rude, lazy and incompetent and got the order wrong. She then told me to go back to the donuts side to show her what I wanted. She seemed very put out that the order was wrong & short a donut. Last week there was a young man there who was friendly , efficient took the order and got it right. Kudos to the young man. As for the girl...it's hard to find good help!!!
