The service in this place is beyond awful. It's such a shame too, because Einstein Bros really does have good food. Unfortunately, they get my order wrong almost every time I come in here. I keep telling them that I want a bagel, untoasted,with cream cheese on the side. Every single time, they toast it and put cream cheese on it. Today I asked them to remake it, this time it was not toasted with cream cheese on it. Really?? This isn't that hard.. Also the young lady at the counter is consistently surly and rude. Nobody in here cares about their job. Don't bother.

They don't use real butter yuk! š¤® Contacting you at HQ won't change your corporate practices of using some kind of slimy butter blend on your bagels. Now I know.
This location has charged my visa 3x (going ion a 4th pending transaction) for a visit I made in December. I want my refunds and a manager to contact me. I have left several messages and nothing. Worst customer service experience. Horrible establishment.
Edited to add: I already did the contact link below and was told this a a third-party owner and they would have to fix this for me. NOT ONE PERSON HAS ACTUALLY CONTACTED ME. $93 taken out of my checking account and nothing done to refund me. This place still sucks and Iām not changing my review.
