Great spot! Never actually visited one until I came down to VA Beach. The food was phenomenal! The Cold Brew coffee however was nasty. Felt like there was waaaayy too much zero sugar syrup, which gave it a medicine flavor. But otherwise all good

Einstein Bagels catered my 9am Saturday corporate meeting. Not only was the hot brealfast bagel sammies, pastries and coffee delicious, the delivery service and presentation were also impeccable. Will definitely use again for catering.

Placed an order online with high hopes, should have read the reviews first. My iced coffee was still hot on the bottom, and my bagel was extremely tough. Not to mention it tastes like sadness. Waste of money!

The service in this place is beyond awful. It's such a shame too, because Einstein Bros really does have good food. Unfortunately, they get my order wrong almost every time I come in here. I keep telling them that I want a bagel, untoasted,with cream cheese on the side. Every single time, they toast it and put cream cheese on it. Today I asked them to remake it, this time it was not toasted with cream cheese on it. Really?? This isn't that hard.. Also the young lady at the counter is consistently surly and rude. Nobody in here cares about their job. Don't bother.
