Atmosphere, food, and service are all exemplary! I've eaten here about a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. Stop by and enjoy, you'll be happy you did!
Waiter was rude and very un attentive. Couldn’t care less about our table. He only cared about the people outside and the table behind us. Two of us ordered the Birria tacos. They were absolutely terrible. Soggy taco shell, and no sides which we had before when we previously went to this restaurant. The waitress who we had to flag down, said oh no, you don’t get sides because of meat in the Birria tacos is upscale. Does that mean that all the other meat in your restaurant is trash? We will never go back, and I suggest anyone reading this Review not go to this restaurant.

We have been ordering carry-out from this restaurant since they opened up in our neighborhood. My husband always orders the fajitas. And almost every time, they forget to put his wraps in the bag. Fajitas without wraps... The first few times, we went back to get them, or we would check to make sure they were in the bag before we left. This time, rushing I didn't check. Got home and they were not in the bag. So I called to let them know they did not put them in the bag(again), and decided to ask if they delivered. The guy that answered the phone said yes, but they are not going to deliver just an order of wraps because they are only 50 cents. He said they would give us an extra order of WRAPS the next time we order. So basically, our choice was to drive back to go pick them up or get an extra order the NEXT time we order from them. It's not the mistake, it's the fact he didn't think our inconvenience was worthy enough to send someone to drop off what was missing from our order. Dining is more than just the food, it's about the customer service as well. But how do you continuously forget to add wraps to an order of fajitas?? This will be the last time we order from them.

I have been here a couple of times. I have had a couple deferent things and it has all been good. The staff is very nice, and it's always clean even the bathroom. If I could make one request. Is that they need a changing table with wipes to clean it.
We visited a few times but I've never reviewed El Puente. All I can say is WOW!! The staff is super friendly and attentive! The food is always delicious and comes out properly! Tonight we all tried the Burrito Mexicano and it was amazing! If you're ever in the area, bring your appetite in here. You won't be disappointed!

The food was VERY GOOD!!! We ordered to go and the food was ready quickly and the service was excellent. The inside of the place was nice. We're looking forward to dining in next time. My family ordered many different dishes from the menu, including desert, and liked everything except for the wings. This is not a spot for wings. The food is great!
