The place looked nice and it was my first time. It's a shame the food didn't look as appetizing and barely looked decent. My burrito fell apart instantly, the meat didn't have any flavor, the sauce tasted straight out of a can. I could have slapped this together at home. Same with the enchiladas, which is shown down below. The sour cream tasted like yogurt and I never knew a enchilada needed to have a cinnamon smell. It's harsh but this doesn't deserve any good ratings. I would put no stars but 1 will have to do.

This was my first and last time I will ever eat there. I will say that the chips and salsa was very good. The food on the other hand, absolutely tast less!!! No flavor, no spice and very watery. The staff acted like they were definitely not interested in taking care of the customers and I needed to flag down the waiter so I could pay. He never came back to the table to check to see if we needed anything else or refill our drinks. I could understand if they were busy, but, there were only eight people in the restaurant. If I could rate in negative stars, I would!!! Some may like tasteless food, I don’t. Never going back!

The food is no Mexican food. The chimichangas got me sick and atmosphere is ok. Great customer service.
Refried beans actually has texture. Rice has more than color in it. Chile Verde is cooked until meat peaks are slightly blackened. Mexican beer is ice cold. Go every chance I get.

El Toro Loco is my favorite mexican restaurant in the 757, I've been going there since they opened up the original location by the bridge. The food is exceptional (try the grande quesadilla steak, toro alegre, or tamales!) and the service is always on point.
I've been getting food to go since the pandemic- everything is packed neatly and securely, and tastes fresh when I get home.
