They weren't very busy when we arrived since it was later in the evening. Bread sticks were warm, not hot, but they were tasty. I had the spaghetti with marinara and it was fine. My husband had the stuffed shells and really liked them.

This used to be my favorite place to get spaghetti for 20 years. I will not go back. The kind, wonderful workers are gone. Replaced by rude, lazy staff that would like to talk in the back more than help customers or each other. There were 4 tables eating and 2 drive-thrus happening and 4 staff members that I could see. No one helped us for a while and that was okay because we were deciding, but then we had decided and waited some more. The store was nasty, the bathroom has been nasty so long it’s crusted on everywhere. The ceiling is leaking in the kitchen/register area, the food took forever to come out and came out ICE cold. They also weren’t giving anyone in-house breadsticks. They kept giving them to drive-thru and to-go only but promising we’d get some. We finished our food and still didn’t get any. The only reason we got any was through asking staff who responded very rudely that they were busy.

I love the hot breadsticks. Fresh food. Decent portion.
Disgusting ‘Italian’ food and grossly overpriced. Baked spaghetti was dry with very little marinara sauce, pizza was the size of a child’s palm and doughy / raw. Baked ziti was simply 90% cheese. They don’t have to worry about return visits. Absolutely gross.
My comments are regarding the drive-through today normally, I do go inside and eat where the service has been great in the past and the food is cooked. Better I believe. And you also get fresh or breadsticks when you go inside. But I went through a drive-through today. They didn’t give me the right amount of breadsticks, and then they were dark, brown and hard and dry. They also gave me spaghetti sauce without the top on it good it spilled all in my bag, but I didn’t even ask for that. I was supposed to have gotten Alfredo sauce on the side for my breadsticks and on the side for my entrée as well and I got neither of those. My chicken broccoli penne was burnt. The broccoli was black. I couldn’t even recognize it as being broccoli. At first I thought it was mushrooms. The chicken on top of it was also very dark, brown and tough. There wasn’t much sauce. It had dried up by the time I got home and I only lived 10 minutes away. The entire meal was no good. Also, if you Go through the drive-through make sure you check your bags. They will tie it in a knot, but you still need to check it because they don’t give you silverware and they don’t give you your sauces like you ask and no napkins either. As soon as I drove off and noticed things weren’t right, I began calling the store, but their phone does not ring. It sits there quietly until it says call ended. Not call failed or it just never rang. I try multiple times could not get the phone to ring so I went online to their customer contact form and submitted my complaint that way. Also, I would like to say that the store really needs some TLC inside and out. The outside almost looks like the store has been abandoned at times. The grass is often not cut, and the property looks poorly maintained. I feel like the manager and employees are struggling to make it look good inside as well, no matter how much they mop or clean up. Everything still looks dirty because it’s so old and worn out. They have been my favorite quick Italian go to spot for gosh probably 20 to 25 years until recently. It’s really starting to take a change for the worse.
Wonderful and cheerful service! Yummy food!
The places turning bad sadly. i placed an order online and still had to wait.An additional twenty to thirty minutes after they said it was ready. they weren't busy at all. The staff was clueless to everything. When I got there, they had no clue.I had ordered anything and the receipt was still hanging up.
Not sure what happened to this place.
Food was great and the breadsticks were on point, but the cashier Aaron really made our visit. He was super friendly and professional from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, checking on us to make sure everything was good, gave recommendations, and had the best attitude I have experienced in the service industry. Having managed restaurants for years in the past, I would have loved to have someone like Aaron on my team. Kudos!

Great food. Just wish we had one on the peninsula again.
I really like this place. Italian food without the attitude. It might not be the most authentic Italian but it's perfect for me. The price is right. You get a good sized serving. The all-you-can eat bread sticks are pretty good. A+!
A great place to go get pasta and bread sticks and they have a few other different items to choose from
Aaron has the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. He is such a genuine and friendly guy. He is always upbeat and positive when I eat here. He’s been working at Fazoli’s for 22+ years and he loves what he does. My only gripe about eating here is with the restaurant being recently renovated awhile back, it seems as the work was given to the lowest bidder. The floors are coming apart and the wall panels are coming down, just to name a few things wrong. The work done inside was of very low quality. It’s a shame because this store deserved much better.
Food presentation was awesome. Favorable. Hot.
