Great customer service! I was super disgruntle with the manager and he stayed extremely professional I was having a bad day. No excuse but it happens anyway super nice treated me like nothing happened and food was absolutely spot on. Ofc I apologized a million times

While eating, my son kept going in and talking to Priscilla the cashier. She was so kind to him, and he ended up spending more time at the counter with her than eating!exceptionally family friendly place, the staff really makes the place

Burger was amazing the Cajun fries were very good but be aware they are very very heavy with the seasoning so there's literally so much season in it Burns not because it's spicy but because Iso much season It's really good though!! just a little much.

I was not prepared for how pricey the food was. It was $28 for a burger, small fry, and milkshake. But I have to say it tasted really good and the customer service was excellent.

Priscilla the manager is disgustingly rude. I called to file a complaint about a recent purchase of $43 where 3 burgers were greasy to the point we couldn’t finish them. Her response, “you’re calling about this now” when it was only a day ago. Would not recommend coming back here to her poor customer service. The five guys in Virginia Beach is much better with providing service for poor quality food. Definitely contacting corporate about her to check her attitude. Worst experience at a five guys.
