You can claim whatever you want to claim, but to act like just because they give you a lot of fries that this place is worth the money that they're charging for your basic under seasoned hamburger would be absolutely insane. This place is a big money grab and nothing else. Think about this. For a family of 42 have just a drink fries and a hamburger is almost $60 🤯🤯🤯 i was people with stop going to this place.So they would just shut down, or lower their prices. It's absolutely insane. For $10 dollars more. My family of four. Can go to Texas roadhouse and have a faaaat meal with unlimited bread and drink. I eat at a lot of establishments, and this is the biggest rip off since Panda Express.

Oct 2025 review: I usually enjoy this location and often choose it when I’m craving a good burger. It’s been about two years since my last visit, and I placed my order through the app, which stated that curbside pickup was available. Since I have a one-year-old, I chose this restaurant not only for the food but also for the convenience of curbside service.

When I arrived and called as instructed, I was told that curbside pickup was not available. That’s understandable if the policy has changed, but it would have been helpful to know before placing my order. Because of this, I had to carry two bags of food and two milkshakes while also managing my baby — which was really difficult.

I hope the app can be updated to reflect the current services so other customers don’t experience the same frustration.

Two years prior review: There were 5-6 young men running this place like a well oiled machine when I dropped in last week!! My food was correct and fresh, everybody was doing their part, dining area was clean and wiped down, and customer service was beyond unexpected. Not because they were young or because they were men….I’ve never associated this type of service with any other five guys establishment!! I was greeted when I walked in, one young man asked my name and then on one accord everyone on the team greeted me by name😊 I was so catch off guard and blown away!!! Awesome job fellas, this truly made my day and I made a point to remind myself to come give this review because of themšŸ¤—

My burger was absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoy my burger every time I visit Five Guys. Everything is always cooked to perfection and I love, love the grilled onions on my burger.
You can go wrong by visiting Five Guys when you want a real burger and or hotdog.

The owner of this Five Guys must be telling his/her employees not to give the extra fries in the bag. I thought maybe this was just a one off situation where a new employee didn’t know what to do with the fries. This is my 3rd time coming back to this location and all 3 times I’ve been skimped on the fries. It’s clear the owner is telling them not to over fill the fries. Since when did Five Guys start doing this!?! It’s always been a ā€œthingā€. Everyone knows you get an extra big scoop in the bag. For perspective, I just bought a large and small fry. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. Next time I’ll just go a couple doors down the Red Robin. Cost is about the same, burger quality just as good and they don’t skimp on fries.

I couldn't even order my food without the cashier talking over me. She didnt listen and then talk, she cut me off a couple times and spoke over me. When she put her hand up and said shhhhish while I'm telling her what i wanted on the burger, I just walked out. While walking out, another lady, I'm assuming a supervisor or manager, wanted to yell across the store and have a conversation about it. She had no clue what just happened but was acting like I had done something wrong by deciding to leave. YOUR CASHIER NEEDS TO LEARN TO LISTEN, AND NOT TALK OVER CUSTOMERS WHILE THEY ARE SPEAKING! AND THE SHIIISH AND HAND UP WAS THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Last time I will stop at this location.

Over priced for the quality of food we picked up. The patties were dry and burnt, buns soggy and sour tasting and overall flavor was just gross.
