I took my work crew to Franks Truck stop and I requested a medium-rare steak and eggs over easy. Although, when the food was served, I was given raw steak and slightly crispy eggs. I sent the plate back stating the obvious issues with the food, and no one apologized. Management also did not seem to care nor be bothered by my calls.. I've been calling since 8:30 a.m. I left multiple messages and finally spoke to management between 2:30pm-3:00pm.
It's sad and unprofessional.
The shower is amazing! The food was very good too! Parking was no issue will come back again without a doubt.
