First time there since the new owners took over (about 2 years). Ordered the livers and gizzards with potato salad and Cole slaw. Livers and gizzards were good but a bit too over cooked. The potato salad was really bland but the Cole slaw was wonderful and different in a really good way.

My normal order and recommendation would be the large liver and gizzard mix, but The food is not as good as it used to be under the past owner and the Spanish female cook in her 30's is rude, cheap, might need to get her green card checked, and tried to push off aerosol tasting food on her customers and refused to give returns to the complaining customers although no large amount of food was consumed from the aerosol tasting order they were tricked into buying.

I brought 8pc chicken mix. I received 8pc of what ever they had in the back. The chicken was fried extra extra hard and dark. I went back to return the chicken and asked for my money back. They refused to give me and throw their tip box at me when I leaving out the store. I will purchase nothing from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Their Mexican food was perfect, but I wouldn’t order anything else from here. The fries had no seasoning and the tenders weren’t good at all, but I will say the meat was very thoroughly cooked. I got potato salad and mac and cheese as a side and that was the worst decision I could’ve made. This is macaroni soup not mac and cheese. My bowl is half filled with water?. And they gave me some type of coleslaw potato salad mix I mean I’ve never seen food done this bad. As hungry as I am I can’t even eat this. The cashier was very sweet tho. If you want to eat here just stick to their Mexican food.

I loved the food. everything was fresh and hot. I got the gizzards dinner plate. With two extra sides. The beans were really good. Paired with the rice is was fantastic. I also grabbed Mac n cheese. And potatoe salad. Man n cheese was alil dry to me. And the potatoe salad was to mustardy. I also grabbed 2 tacos. Asada was great. But the pork taco’s meat was too tough. You should allow the meat to soak in its own juices while waiting to be topped on a taco. That will allow more flavor as well as juiciness. I also had the hochata! Absolutely phenomenal! Over all the place was great. Food is good. All that for $21. Can’t beat that!

Their beans w/ meat, not good. My seafood platter was cooked in old grease. My husbands gizzards were good.

Somehow dinner for 2 came to around $70. Which would be okay for fine dining. This was not. We both got fried shrimp. The breading was too much but thankfully it wasn't cooked well and fell off. The collards were salty and this place has the blanket least creamy mac n cheese I've ever had. Would not eat here again.
