This place is absolutely disgusting. There needs to be a DEEP CLEAN everyday multiple times a day. I didn’t like the fact of not being allowed up where my kids were as I couldn’t see them. Very unsafe. The food is atrocious and overly priced. If they aren’t going to clean the place then admission needs to go down tremendously. Also not allowing parents up to make sure their kids are safe and okay is a big deal. That’s a safety hazard and it makes the place high risk for accidents and I will be posting this info on all social media platforms to make sure others don’t waste their money here. Kids need a CLEAN and SAFE environment and a way the parents can always SEE THEM or allow the parents to go up with them. Do better! They

This place is MASSIVE and only $16ish for my kid to play as long as she likes. Ordering food is super easy, comes fast, and is reasonably priced. My daughter (3 at the time) loves it, and the first time played for 4 hours. We went back the next day because she was begging to go back!

First time, got the membership...grandbabies loved it. Chesapeake location. They can certainly use more waiting staff. Young man was ran ragged.

It is extremely loud and crowded. My son had fun so I had to give it some stars but as a parent it is the opposite of a peaceful place. The toddler section had older kids running all over it which defeats the purpose of an area for toddlers.

We went for a birthday party and overall my kids had a great time. We ordered good separate from the party and waited at our table. Slowly the food arrived one by one. But it wasn't til after leaving that I realized we never got our fries that cost $6.99! The food and drinks took 35mins to fully arrive at our table. We ordered their tenders, a pitcher, pizza and the family fries. Super disappointed that this item was missed especially with how much they charge.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Bought my tickets early Sunday morning, drove down from Hampton, and was turned away at the door because they were over capacity. That's something that should be listed on the website when you purchase the tickets. Super disappointing experience.

First time here and I doubt I’ll ever be back you pay to watch your kid but can’t actually play with them. Yet, they allow kids that are my size to run around kids as young as 2 so dangerous. Let alone it is filthy in there. Kids coughing all over the place. Considering this time of year they should have some requirements to being able to be there. Doesn’t seem to be a limit not only on age but occupancy. 2 attendees for the whole place. It was like Lord of the Flies in there.

The website says 1 thing and and what you get is another..we came because our daughter loves the rope walks etc..we pay the full price and then it ain't open for her to use..if this isn't available then don't charge people full price..they do have pretty good food but is over priced for what it is..other than this it is a pretty cool place..will be trying out the other outdoor climbing thing in VA next time..maybe for full price all of their things will be open

First time here, on a Sunday afternoon. Came here last weekend at 4pm ish and it was at capacity for the remainder of the day. This time we actually got in, me my husband and our 3 kids. For about $60. Also learned there’s no play-time limit, so that explains why it’s usually at capacity since you can literally stay here all day.The kids jungle gym area seems very safety proof, but i can see how smaller children could get hurt from all of the other kids of all ages running around. Also most of the parents aren’t in the play area closely supervising. Just kinda watching from the eating area. Love that they have a designated area for the toddlers to play though. Towards the end of our visit, I ordered a brownie for $3.33 and it took around 30 minutes to receive, my husband had to go to the kitchen staff and ask about it. That’s probably the only thing that i can complain about honestly.

Sure my kids will like it ,but I didn't go. Just close by area.

We've been several times and while my kids enjoy themselves, a few things.1. No outside food or drinks... yet there is no water fountain to be found and you can't get a cup of water for free, only purchase bottled water which is expensive. I haven't researched it, but I assume that is illegal. The last time we went, I brought thermos and several water bottles in my backpack. No one said anything but I didn't make it obvious either.2. The place has gotten very expensive ($62 for the day, for two kids), topped with trying to force you to buy over priced bottles of water, we've not been back and don't plan to.
