I'm sharing more per the request of the owner. We come to the Chesapeake VA branch bc we generally like it better than the VA BCH one. But lately we have to ask for refills of drinks. We had 3 plates of food before we got 1 refill. We had the whole family's plates stacked all over our table. The server was walking all around us and getting drinks for others around us. We come at different times of the week enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It closes at 9:30, we were there at 8:30, sat down to eat, and realize all of our food was cold. Not room temperature, cold. The only thing that was semi-warm was the gravy. We mentioned it to the waitress and manager, who both apologized, but did nothing about it. For two people, $46 in cold food.

I ordered a meal for pick up. It wasn't fresh. Everything was cold. My mashed potatoes and baked beans didn't taste all that well. They gave me 2 really small pieces of meatloaf. Toddler pieces. Waste of my money.
