buffet food and the setting here is very good. super delicious. the service was helpful and kind. reminds me of a place in new york i loved to visit.

Other locations are open, so Im not sure why this and a couple of others in the Hampton Roads area are still closed.Food was over cooked or not fresh more often than not unless you go first thing in the morning after they open. According to their Health Department records and a couple of Facebook post that brought it to my attention, they have/had a roach problem. With that said, I never seen one when I was there, but it is documented on the Health Department website that live and dead roaches were seen by the inspector. I didn't believe it until I looked it up myself.

Was fairly clean, most of the food was cooked great but some you could tell had been sitting there for awhile and tasted overcook. Our waiter was okay, only some them twice.

Clean, didn't have that weird old carpet smell that we have experienced in other buffet style places. They actually change out the food or refill when it's close to getting empty instead of waiting until the food has dried to the serving pan before replacing. Our waiter was very friendly and help.

The staff is friendly and courteous. I usually go on Saturday or Sunday mornings, the omelets are great and made how you like them while you watch them cook. Everything is fresh, hot, and tasty! Golden Corral has many options to choose from, from appetizers to desserts they have it all!
The hot bar is not maintain as it should be. Low pans..crusty. Extremely crowded.Youngsters running through areas. This place was top notch two years ago. Maybe with some good employees and raises. This is a money maker. Go get it.

If I could give minus stars I would. It was a horrible experience. First two sets of silverware still had food them and the manager acted as though it wasn't a big deal, it is a big deal !

Okay so I came in to get a meal for myself and when I got here there was a boy named Aaron on the register and a older black woman. There was a line and Aaron was on the register while the lady was making drinks. Then a woman named Rebecca came from the back and told Aaron he needed to get out now and was rushing him. And he said well I need to get her stocked and help her first because it was kinda busy and she told him no to get out now. To me this was very rude and she needs to be trained better. She should not have talked to him like that and definitely not in front of the guest. She then was slamming things around and went to the back leavening the woman by her self with a line. This is not a good manager and she should be fired or something and someone needs to teach her how to talk to her employees.

There was a wide variety of food, the food was all good, and service and prices were great during the Early Bird buffet (2:00pm - 4:00pm).
