My food was good the taxes Fijitas, but my wife was not happy her cheese was not melted inside her Oblano peppers. So sent it back. So they microwave her food causing cheese to melt but drying out her rice and beans.

What truly stood out was the incredible customer service. Our server Megan was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Megan's warmth and professionalism made us feel truly valued as customers. Overall, Gran Rodeo delivers both in taste and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

Idk if it’s the actual food or the take out containers but everything tasted like cleaning products…fabulouso to be exact. Had to throw my food away after a few bites unfortunately. The only thing that tasted normal were the chips

We have eaten here several times, and it never disappoints. Consistently good food with fast and friendly service. The extra large margarita is always a bonus!

Good was good but there was pink hair in it. We asked the waitress if there was someone in back with pink hair and she said yes. We told her one of us just pulled her hair out our mouth and that it was gross she just responded with asking if we wanted one check or separate. Little unprofessional

The food is hit or miss but the service is awful.
My family and I went to have supper here, we weren’t greeted when coming through the door and it took a few minutes to acknowledge the fact we was there and seat us, once seated, 1 small basket of chips, 1 small red sauce and 1 small white sauce was brought out for 5 people, as I was asking the server if I could get a couple more red sauces and white sauces, he completely cut me off before I finished saying “can I plea” said “I got you” and walked away, he had no idea what I was even going to ask for. Even the female waitress that was standing there seemed shocked. At this point I told my family we should go elsewhere because if they’re already handling things like that then maybe they’re overwhelmed and we didn’t want anymore issues. The male waiter then said something towards us but I was unable to make out what he said as it was so low and I just wanted to get myself and children out of there.
