The most rudest incompetent worker working the register. I ordered a combo and he gives me just gives me the sandwich! I asked him for my hash browns and he’s got the nerve to tell me he didn’t charge me for a combo. I tell him I know a sandwich doesn’t cost 7.00. This idiot then puts my hash browns in a bag and throws it on the counter. If you don’t like working with the public… FIND ANOTHER JOB!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The biscuit was hard and crunchy, the bacon was old and burnt and had the consistency of jerky. It was inedible! And the lady on the drive thru must've been having a bad day because she was not pleasant either.

I picked up breakfast today in the drive through. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my biscuits and found heart shaped biscuits for my sandwich!! Nice touch! Made my day. Keep up the good work.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The chicken tenders were extremely small, barely larger than my pinky finger. Worse yet, they were dried out, suggesting they had been left in the warmer well past their holding time. The quality was unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location - Popeyes remains a much better choice for chicken.

Food luke warm at best and the cool tater tots were just thrown on my tray. Disappointing cause I used to enjoy the biscuit combo at Hardees. No more. I understand when you are overwhelmed but please don't just handle the customer any kind of way.
