Pulled up to drive-thru. The person on the intercom was not friendly and when we asked a question, she just added it to the order rather than answer. The window attendant, whether the same person or not, was just as curt. The wrappers for the food were disgusting. My wife’s wrapper looked like they dropped it on the dirty floor and tossed it in our bag. My wrapper was coated in condiments. Both her sandwich and my burger were horribly constructed and overall sloppy.

This specific establishment will add to the list of Hardee’s to NOT eat at. We love Hardee’s and have been to some exceptional ones, this one is not it. Needs new management and to re-assess their employees/hiring process.

Ordered a $5 bag with 2 cheeseburgers, no cheese because I am allergic. Got a bag with two cheeseburgers with cheese. Condiments forgotten. Had to walk in and ask for the condiments.

Food was not fresh, the associate literally admitted to chicken tenders being a hour old, my apple pie box looked like was run over by everyone in drive thru (not sure was the box box was greasy and crushed) $12 for trash. This order was on 7/4/25 @ 1pm (everyone working at the needs to be fired for serving old food)

I' m convinced ya ll dont know what crispy bacon is although it was added on my order screen and I was made to pull up and wait for them to prepare it and yet in still it was not crispy shoot almost looked uncooked smh. And if I hadn't just got off work, got home and. saw this crap I would of turned around. I should of checked it before I pulled off. Its always a hit and miss here when I ask for crispy bacon.

I've always loved the Hardee's breakfast biscuit in the morning and when something ain't broke don't fix it I love that old country taste I really enjoy the gravy pork chop biscuit and the omelette biscuit those are my favorite

Most of the older ladies that work there in the morning have terrible attitudes. I placed a biscuit order last week the biscuits are hard falling apart and overcooked, my chicken on one of the biscuits was not cooked all the way. I called and spoke to the one of the managers about the issues. She said she would take care of the problems. So I gave her my name and order so she could replace them, well I went back this morning to get my order and added 1 more the the 2 free ones I was suppose to get. On the speaker I hear about 2 to 3 women saying the I had already picked them up on Friday of last week, so not true. You could hear them over the speaker everything they were saying, do not appreciate the them saying the things they were saying where everyone could hear them. They could care less. With all the complaints that this hardees has someone (DM) really needs to go and get the food and employees straight. It's on going issue and no one does nothing to get it corrected. So sounds like we all need to start going to Chick Fil A or somewhere else to eat better food, because with the rest of the complaints have not even been corrected. So Carl's - Hardees really must not CARE!!!! We really need some good help and people that truly care about their jobs. So let's see what happens.

Is it just me or has Hardee’s gone wayyyy downhill??
Biscuits and gravy are absolutely disgusting now. Absolutely zero flavor. Basically THICK mixture of flour and milk. And it’s so thick it can’t even cover 1/2 of the dish. No sausage anymore just flour chunks. So gross.
Do t waste your money here anymore folks.

Waited 20 minutes inside for a biscuit. There was no customer in ahead of me when I ordered. In the same time 10-15 cars placed their order and were served via drive thru.

After correcting them twice about my order, they still got it wrong. It wasn't a difficult order by any means 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast burrito combo with orange juice. I got a sandwich and a breakfast burrito and an orange juice. Missing the combo items and the other sandwich

Ordered hot dogs they were out of and microwaved them, I asked the cook and he said he did then said he put them in an oven but I watched him the entire time and my wife said the tea wasn't sweet and we just took the meal in order to not upset her not getting upset and they forgot the Apple pie that was paid for a complete mess is that evening shift with kids and a manager they stays hidden.
