I've stopped going to the Hardee's by me (Little Creek) a while ago for the poor service and food. Tried this one while my girlfriend is having a procedure at the hospital. For the amount and quality of this vs the price, we should have give to Waffle House for a better everything. They couldn't even fully grill the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich.

I ordered the number three combo with cheese. I got sausage links cut in half. I ate it anyway, because I was extremely hungry. But it was disgusting Afterwards, I told them about it and they showed no concern That was the most awful breakfast sandwich I’ve had Not a frequent Hardee’s visit I thought they were out of sausage patties It was disgusting. The crew showed no remorse or sympathy I didn’t even get an apology

The breakfast is always amazing, the biscuits are the best in the area and the sausage gravy is fantastic. Tots are actually salted and crispy not sad, cold, bland, and soggy. I’ve been through multiple times and never been disappointed. The sandwich was delicious and a lot more food than I thought I’d get, bacon and egg were 🤌🤌

They probably have 2 pleasant cashiers. The managers are absolutely pathetic. They move like they're at home and someone came and asked for food that came out of their refrigerator. Customer service is dead in this place completely unavailable!

Disgusting period . Chicken wrap hard old chicken strips still after it had been made twice. My kids chicken tenders hard and old especially after I asked all my food to be made fresh just horrible. Then it's kids that work there where is the shift manager. This particular Hardee's made me never want to eat Harder again they making y'all look bad

Went through the drive thru. Diamond took our order. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. No pleases and thank yous even in response to ours! Would never go there AGAIN! She absolutely ruined the experience for us for ALL locations. Rude from taking our order until she handed us our tossed up food in a bag! Food was gross. Fries were pure salt, burgers were cold and clearly thrown together AND we waited almost 20 minutes for the order.
Pulled up to drive-thru. The person on the intercom was not friendly and when we asked a question, she just added it to the order rather than answer. The window attendant, whether the same person or not, was just as curt. The wrappers for the food were disgusting. My wife’s wrapper looked like they dropped it on the dirty floor and tossed it in our bag. My wrapper was coated in condiments. Both her sandwich and my burger were horribly constructed and overall sloppy.
This specific establishment will add to the list of Hardee’s to NOT eat at. We love Hardee’s and have been to some exceptional ones, this one is not it. Needs new management and to re-assess their employees/hiring process.
