Im giving one star because it seems that every time I get breakfast there is something missing that is on the receipt or the biscuits are wrong all together. Week before last they left out the large hash rounds. Today the biscuits are cold and not right. Paid for super sausage biscuit...got bacon..also paid for sausage egg and cheese biscuit..just sausage and egg. With biscuits are more than golden brown and dry. I understand that the store gets busy but things like this have happened far too often. Of course I'm the idiot for continuing to get my breakfast there.

Never really had an issue before but today I went to go inside the seating area and both doors to the inside were locked preventing entry. You could see customers and employees inside. This service was inappropriate and whomever is in charge of this store needs to be aware that their employees are preventing customers from entering site.

They don’t pick up the phone Ive literally called multiple times on different days and the phone just rings. I got tenders and two chili dogs the tenders were really dark and both the hot dogs were burnt to a crisp. How do you pull that out of the warmer and give that to someone. I mean you want 15+ and hour to give people burnt up food. My did wouldn’t even eat it

Customer service is the worst I have ever seen food was ordered at 10:30 am people that came in behind us got their food before us. It took 15 minutes to get the manager. The person at the front was very rude and could not handle her job. It appears that the staff required train. Once we talked to the manager 3 minutes to get our food. Now leaving at 11:12. Will never come back to this Hardee's.

This Hardee’s is terrible they don’t cook they food all the way the lobby is always closed I can’t even get breakfast half the time the employees suck everything about this Hardee’s sucks
