Customer service is the worst I have ever seen food was ordered at 10:30 am people that came in behind us got their food before us. It took 15 minutes to get the manager. The person at the front was very rude and could not handle her job. It appears that the staff required train. Once we talked to the manager 3 minutes to get our food. Now leaving at 11:12. Will never come back to this Hardee's.

This Hardee’s is terrible they don’t cook they food all the way the lobby is always closed I can’t even get breakfast half the time the employees suck everything about this Hardee’s sucks

We went to store #1502667. We ordered the 5 piece chicken tender platter. The tenders were very small, not worth the price. The person who took our order in the drive-through was very nice, patient, and friendly so much so I had to say thank you for her kindness when we got to the window to pay.

Bad service. Drive thru quicker than inside.. no one came to the counter for 10 min. Then she was rude. What is wrong with people . They can be courteous & acknowledge you are standing there...this drives people away..
Crazy how they respond to poor reviews with a link to follow up with you but when you respond to the link they don’t follow up. Customer service here is horrific. They get an attitude if you mention that they screwed up your order.

I've eaten Hardee's on so many occasions as I used to live across the street from them. There is no Hardee's where I currently reside and was happy to have breakfast there on a visit to my city. My mom and I ordered there, but my heart sank as I watched the worker handle the actual food with hands that had no gloves. The disappointment I felt as I watched her dust her hands on her pants...
Very busy. Food is ok but there 2 for $5 chicken wrap is not worth it. The chicken strip is 2 inch long with a lil lettuce,cheese, sauce and mini shell... NOT WORTH IT!

I walked inside, and I am wondering why they don't have any customers for breakfast? Now I know why! I went to the counter and waited, no cashier. I said out loud, "Hello"!!! A person looked up from the kitchen and said something. So I said, "I'm leaving! No service?" Hardee's is going downhill fast.
