They don’t pick up the phone Ive literally called multiple times on different days and the phone just rings. I got tenders and two chili dogs the tenders were really dark and both the hot dogs were burnt to a crisp. How do you pull that out of the warmer and give that to someone. I mean you want 15+ and hour to give people burnt up food. My did wouldn’t even eat it

Customer service is the worst I have ever seen food was ordered at 10:30 am people that came in behind us got their food before us. It took 15 minutes to get the manager. The person at the front was very rude and could not handle her job. It appears that the staff required train. Once we talked to the manager 3 minutes to get our food. Now leaving at 11:12. Will never come back to this Hardee's.
This Hardee’s is terrible they don’t cook they food all the way the lobby is always closed I can’t even get breakfast half the time the employees suck everything about this Hardee’s sucks

We went to store #1502667. We ordered the 5 piece chicken tender platter. The tenders were very small, not worth the price. The person who took our order in the drive-through was very nice, patient, and friendly so much so I had to say thank you for her kindness when we got to the window to pay.

Bad service. Drive thru quicker than inside.. no one came to the counter for 10 min. Then she was rude. What is wrong with people . They can be courteous & acknowledge you are standing there...this drives people away..
