They need to just stop offering eggs. I received a tissue thin piece of egg on my biscuit, it was honestly not even worth eating. I get that there is a shortage. If you cannot fulfill a decent order, stop offering it. Don’t order anything with eggs, what they’re giving you amounts to theft at this point.

It took 20 minutes to get food through drive thru. We Sat on the side for exactly 15 minutes before going in to get food . Was given several excuses why we had to wait. GOT HOME AND ONLY HAD 7 OUT OF 8 PIECES OF CHICKEN. I'm disappointed with the service, they were on a good stretch with me, but I have experienced bad service from this place and several other hardees over the years. It makes you go other places. How can Chick filet be consistent from one state to the next with good service??? I do realize people make mistakes but this is consistent with many fast food restaurants.

They have good breakfast biscuits. That's it. Those are easy over priced considering the quality the lunch menu is Still very overpriced the lunch menu is just garbage low quality meat. You can go to Save-A-Lot and buy chicken nuggets put it in a wrap that's there chicken wrap it's gross. They charge you $5 for a ham and cheese that you can just make it home it's deli meat. You can spend way less and have way more of them for the same price. The chicken in general with sandwiches were not good. I did like the chicken biscuit but again it's way over priced.

By far the worst Hardee's. Customer service is out the window. Staff is very rude and dismissive. Breakfast is always a pleasant experience 5 stars but lunch/dinner 0. Just would avoid going there all together.

I have 5 years experience or longer and this business is not open supposedly when I asked to order they did not take my business I would rather everybody to sit there and not go to the to this Hardee's because they just don't sit there and care they do not know how to be customer service Representatives they don't know how to work with customers

Get screwed on my orders a lot, not even close .....order was 1 ham/egg biscuit & 1 super bacon. I received I ham/egg & 1 egg/cheese,not a good trade. Last visit, they subbed my Ham/egg for an egg/cheese. Sucks because the location by my house is worse.

Get screwed on my orders a lot, not even close .....order was 1 ham/egg biscuit & 1 super bacon. I received I ham/egg & 1 egg/cheese,not a good trade. Last visit, they subbed my Ham/egg for an egg/cheese. Sucks because the location by my house is worse.
They sell 5.99$ bags. They gave me a fresh order of fries, fresh cheeseburger and a old ham and cheese sandwich. Bread hard and stale, ham dry. Not a good selection. Disappointing!!!!

Manager John is very rude and does not treat employees like they’re human. I heard he often takes vacations but complains about the labor?how does that work john! Food nasty and so are the bathrooms. If you are going to hire minors learn how to treat those who are younger than you.
