The drive thru cashier yesterday afternoon was so sweet. My son kept changing his order and she was never rude to him. When we pulled up to the window she was very sweet and friendly.

Poorly managed. I visited this past weekend and the floors were dirty at 6:45 in the morning. Clearly they hadn't been cleaned the previous evening. Also, my food was served cold. How, this early in the morning??? I was served by the lady that manages the restaurant and she doesn't seem to care. On a separate visit I watched her quiz\test an employee at the front counter while the line backed up and another employee tried to manage the drive-thru and front counter at the same time. This business, like so many others, seems to think they're doing you a favor. Customer service is a misunderstood concept. However, there are a couple of employees that provide good service. I paid nearly $10 for cold food that I wound up throwing in the trash. I'm going to stop visiting this location for a few months in hopes that they can get it together, which is a shame because it's right around the corner from my house.

Ordered a burger with no onion and it was confirmed no onion, but when i got home it had onions. Usually the service is great, so I'm not sure what happened this time.

The food made my son sick for sure. The people who take your order act as if you are bothering them. As I was looking through the drive thru window no one was wearing gloves while they were handling food. I will never visit this location again. If you want a fresh burger go to five guys.
