I usually can come on this side for hot good food. For two days, this was not on point. Coffee was cold, blueberry biscuit cold and sandwich was not a super sizes like it stated. I enjoy eating out. However, I don't like cold food.

I come to this Hardee's location because the food is always hot and delicious. The service is excellent, Elizabeth is awesome. Every time I come here for breakfast, Elizabeth is working hard getting orders out. Good job to the cooks , service staff, manager and of course Elizabeth ! ?

Best Hardee’s burger I’ve had since Covid! The staff was really friendly too.
The cashier who waited on me was very friendly and professional. We had a nice conversation as I waited for my food. I also found out that this location still sells chicken. I didn't think any Hardee's were in Va. The only issue was that it was hot in the store. The AC was broken.

As the fast food industry has declined in food quality and customer service, this Hardee's has done pretty well of keeping warm food at a reasonable time with good customer service. I get chicken tenders from here often and I think they're juicy and flavorful. Sometimes we have to pull ahead, but they usually tell you exactly how long it will take. I gave 5 stars because, while no Hardee's is a 5 star restaurant, this one is doing what Hardee's does very very well.

Natalie, Manager (leadership!) has turned this Hardees around...for the better! She made it a very friendly, welcoming, and efficient place, where friends gather for conversation and breakfast...and fresh biscuits. She also holds employees accountable -where is that practiced besides Chick-fil-A now a days? Upper management needs to commend her and KEEP her ...here. -Retired military officer
