The food is really good and very flavorful. The only drawback is their portions are very very small for the amount of money you pay. Their pricing is higher than full service sit down restaurants with half the portion size. Fantastic flavor but It's a love hate relationship

Very slow service for delivery drivers. Its always a 20 min wait minimum. Driver loses. Restaurant doesnt care cuz it never changes.

I got the Desi Chicken w/Basmati Rice - "Indian Hot."
It came with two thighs and one leg of very nicely cooked chicken, the sauce was very flavorful and complex, and the rice was cooked perfectly. The Indian Hot was enough to make me sweat and cry while still being manageable and without overpowering the spices and flavors present throughout the dish.
However, it was a terrible idea to eat something that hot before my martial arts class.
The service was friendly, the takeout containers are convenient and eco friendly, the prices are fair and cheaper than most, I will absolutely be back.

I’m honestly really hurt and disappointed. I clearly ordered Paneer because I’m a vegetarian, and they served me chicken gravy instead. This isn’t just a simple mistake, it’s extremely careless and disrespectful toward someone’s dietary choices. I expected basic attention and responsibility from a restaurant, especially when it comes to something this serious.
This experience left me emotionally distressed, as I place deep value on my food preferences and beliefs.

Went in there and the guy and the front and looked at me and automatic rolled his eyes like he doesn’t want me to be there and it’s was 4pm I mean I get it you are tired but must do better with your customer service and I just walked away

Had an amazing dining experience at Hocco in Chesapeake, VA. I ordered a variety of dishes, including Chana Puri, Tandoori Wings, Butter Chicken, Desi Chicken, and Garlic Naan. The food was incredibly authentic and exceeded my expectations.
Each dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was great.
If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, Hocco is a must-visit. The chefs truly understand the Indian flavors, and the food is consistently delicious.

The best thing about this place is the speed your food comes out. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were off for the price. I paid $17 for lamb smoked curry that came with 5 small pieces of lamb. Rasoi is within spitting distance of this place and for a bit more you get twice the food. The downside there is that you might wait 30 minutes to get it. Here, the food was ready by the time I got out of the restroom. Service was nice and I liked the flavor of the food a lot. There just should have been a bit more of it. Also, the lassi comes garnished with almonds. Not a bad thing but people should know if they have allergies as it's not listed (that I recall)
