This would have been better if I had brought friends. For 1 person it's a lot of food. I didn't get a lot, but I was stuffed.
I thought I knew how hot pots work, but I don't. I was lost. The food itself was nice and fresh. I do feel that if you have no idea how hot pots work, you will be very confused. There was no help guide/directions on how to do the hot pot.
I would have to say the price is way too much. For 1 person, it came out to around $52. The only extra thing I got was a smoothie. This was more than I was expecting. I thought it would be around $37. Due to the meal being $31 and the drinks being so cheap (which was an ice tea and the smoothie). If I had known that I would be paying this much, I wouldn't have eaten here. Especially when I didn't know how hot pots worked. This food was not worth the $52 price tag.
Ether, bring the friend how knows how to do hot pots or just don't eat here. It is not worth it if you don't know what you are doing.

Nice waitstaff but at an all you can eat joint she showed up only once after our food order was put in. I feel cheated out of my money.

As usual, the food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. We requested bean sprouts and drink refills, but they were not delivered. We also received different meats tan we ordered.

The cost does not justify the experience. For $137 (for a family of four, including three kids and one adult), we expected much more. I mean, you cook your own meal! The minimal buffet was consistently cold, and the atmosphere was overwhelmingly loud and chaotic. It was so noisy that we had to raise our voices just to communicate, making the experience stressful.
The seating arrangement was poorly designed, with benches spaced so far apart that it felt like we were shouting across the table. To top it off, they add an automatic 18% gratuity, which felt excessive given the overall quality of the dining experience. Overall, it was disappointing, and we left feeling like we overpaid for a subpar experience.

If I could put zero I would, automatic gratuity added for 2 people !!! Mind you the waitress had a terrible attitude and we still would have tipped her regardless. Never coming back
It’s a cute place and decorated nicely. Very overstimulating. The bbq plate had soapy water on it when it was brought back to us after they took the one that we had previously. The meat is dirty and dingy. The check was $90+ for two people. Made reservations for 6:00pm and didn’t get seated until 6:30pm. Our waitress was very nice however the greeting staff was running in circles with no idea who to seat next. People who also made reservations who came in way after us got seated way before us. Don’t get sweet tea. Lastly walk-in wait was 1hr+ but that doesn’t say much considering they told us 10 mins at 6pm and we didn’t get seated until 6:30pm

Be aware that 18% gratitude fee is mandatory and forced onto your bill regardless of your party size. According to the staff it is the ONLY option in their system. If you prefer to tip based on service you received and not enjoy how this is forced, think twice.

The automatic gratuity is insulting and not well advertised. Will not be going back because of it.

The food was great. Thin sliced items can stick to the grill top really fast if you don't keep an eye on it. And it can get a bit hot at the table, but that is to be expected. Emily explained everything to us first-timers and was fantastic with hee service. Ask for her for sure.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for whatever your dietary needs or restrictions are. Five star!
