Its sad me and my husband comes here every Sunday with our coffee and they never say anything to us. Today we go like we always do and it's 4:45am and this rude server going to tell us that we can't bring our coffee in. Meanwhile its only 3 people in the ihop me my husband and a lady with a double big gulp from 7 eleven. I just couldn't understand why we couldn't have our lil small cups we was trying to get warm from the cold wetness from outside. She was just so rude. Me and my husband had to leave i didn't want to say it was because we was black and the other customer was white but. It really made me feel some type of way. Like I said me and my husband comes there every Sunday for our breakfast date. 1 year of marriage we try to keep dating but we will have to find somewhere else to go now.

I lost all hope for this place until today! I decided to give it a chance! And im so happy I did. The door was opend for me with a crew member gentleman singing to the Christmas song that was on with a smile on his face sat us down and then here comes Mrs. Bubbles! 🥰 Yes that is her name. She was perfect in every way! I will be requesting her as a server every time! The food was delicious I usually am disappointed but today it all tasted fresh and delicious I finished it all! My food came out in a timely manner and hot! I am thrilled this I hop got new management and team members! AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN! It hasn't been this way In a long time. Very happy! Thank you for making the change! See you soon bubbles!

I had to wait over 20 mins to get my food nor did my waitress refill my cup etc !!!!! I leave out of the restaurant, my waitress ( can’t recall her name ) followed me outside mad because she didn’t get a Tip !!!! MANAGERS PLEASE INFORM YALL EMPLOYEES THEY CNT FORCE NO ONE TO TIP THEM AND ITS CLOSE TO THE HOLIDAY TOO !!

Spent $75 using Uber and my pancake was burnt and hard. Of course the side that wasn't burnt was facing up but I noticed the pancake was smaller and flatter than the others. The first bite was unpleasant. Luckily the omelette was good. People spend too much money not to get decent food.

Just a few months ago my mom and I went to this ihop and the staff were stressed and rushed and we felt the same. But we went again today and wow. What a difference. All the staff had smiles on their faces and so did we. We talked like old friends with Rachael our server and Irving who was sweeping the floor. We felt at home. One of the assistant managers helped me pick out what I wanted to eat and made us laugh. No complaints no stress. All smiles and laughter

We came in at 2100 (9pm). There was only three employees. It looked like we going to get poor service. The night manager did the job and reduced himself to be a waiter and served my family of seven. The manager Tyreese did a great job. Thank you Tyreese. Also the cook did a great job. Thank you, job well done IHOP team.

My wife and I were from out of town(Fayetteville NC) and wanted to eat breakfast 🥞 so we pulled into IHOP in Chesapeake. We were seated and the wait was SO LONG (50 minutes) that we decided to go somewhere else. We were not the only couple or family having a long wait either.
