IHOP is a top-notch restaurant with excellent service. Renee was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The menu is extensive and the food is delicious. The cleanliness inside and out is impressive. On the other hand, a customer was disappointed with the potatoes and fruit they ordered, and the manager's response was not satisfactory. However, another customer had a great experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sam, who was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.
