I treated my sisters here for brunch/lunch today 4-15-2024 big mistake when the food was delivered to the table we had to wait for the silverware which took longer to come than it should have the syrup took so long I could have went and bought a bottle I ask for a cup of hot water for my silverware the cup had ? lipstick on it they took it back brought another cup of hot water that looked like it came out the toilet not the tap the napkins looked like something that came out a gas station restroom

Food was ok, nothing to brag on, order was mostly right.Service and atmosphere was terrible. Waitress asked inappropriate questions to our 3 yr old and when told to not talk to them for doing so, she cried and then ignored the table until necessary to interact.When my husband stepped away with our kid, she delivered the bill and told me "I feel sorry for you as you're married to him," also adding she was a teacher, has 2 granddaughters, and no one ever said to not talk to their kid before.Dont use grandkids as a smoke screen ma'am. We have things we deem ok and not to ask our young child, she messed up, but we didn't ask for another server. Just take the lesson and have some dignity. Then, she has the audacity to double down and be even more inappropriate.Correct your staff. I tipped more generously than I should have for such a rude women who ruined a birthday breakfast on top of it.

Ordered eggs Benedict, crispy breakfast potatoes and a side of fruit. Benedict was delicious. Potatoes were of an individual square nature covered in some manner of schmutz. Not at all what I expected. When I questioned the waitress I was told I could order (and pay for) different potatoes.Had to remind her to bring the fruit and when she is did it was full of brown pineapple. When I asked the MANAGER about it. I was .... politely told to go pound sand.I won't go back.

Sam was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and gave us everything we needed before we even asked. Sam gave exceptional service while still taking care of her other tables and helping her fellow co-workers take their food and sitting the door. We will be returning next week and asking for Sam again.

Quite area music brought happiness to the customer's everybody was singing and dancing inside comfortable atmosphere. I didn't like the fact that alot of tables weren't cleaned off seems like they cleaned them all off at one time maybe because business seems slow during the weekday. I didn't care too much for the steak.

I have experienced the worst customer service at this location. The food was good so s/o to the kitchen staff but the floor staff are clueless. I purchased the t-bone and eggs and they were out of all the steaks except sirloin tips so I just told them they could refund me. The gentleman asked for my number and said he would refund the order and send confirmation to my phone. I live an hour away so I called when I didn’t see the refund and the lady that answered said they don’t give refunds I will have to call the customer service line. I called the customer service department and they started a ticket and I still haven’t gotten a refund.

Went there yesterday 3/24/24. Not happy with the service. Our service person repeatedly forgot to bring what we asked for. Had to eat dry pancakes because the butter was not included, even though we asked twice for it. Will never come back!?
I visited Chesapeake Square location on Wedneday 2/13/24 during lunch, (around 12:30) with a friend. She ordered full breakfast platter, I ordered from 55+ menu— blt w: fries and coke. My Meal came to $11.64 for me. I calculated the tip on calculator, which came out to be $2.38. Gave the waitress Markita $2 tip. She was very rude, unprofessional, and displayed her disgust apparently at the amount of the tip. I’ve never experienced such arrogance from a service provider ever! First of all, she chose to work in a service job paying minimum wage or less and depending on tips to supplement her income. Secondly, since tips are in addition to the cost of the meal, she should have been thankful for whatever tip she received. IHOp needs to ensure its staff is proper trained in service etiquette before being allowed to serve. I had a job as a waitress at o e time and was grateful for tips I received— however I served to please the customer. I will NOT return to this location and will tell as many pre as I can about this dispicable service. If Ai could rate a -5 I would!!

This is the second time I have been there and they are so slow and mismanaged.Processing online orders while people waiting inside the restaurant wait and wait and wait. I counted 8 workers all moving at a snails pace. Low energy. We waited 40 minutes before I finally asked where is the food. Everyone’s plate came out separately after 10 more minutes. One person was done eating while others waited. Food was decent but not sure if that is because by the time I got the food I was so hungry it didn’t matter. Each time the waitress forgot or missed something. Not sure what is going on there!
