By far on of the best places for hibachi aroundUpdate 02/28/22: apparently they are now adding 18% gratuity to you bill regardless of party size. I hope staff is actually getting it. Food portions are smaller, but still delicious ?

I believe Japan Samurai was understaffed because our waitress was waiting on all the other grills as well. We had to ask our chef about a non-grill entree for one of the members of our party because it never came and we never received refills on our drinks. Not necessarily the waitrees' fault, she was probably swamped. The hibachi chef was very friendly and entertaining and the food was very good. The atmosphere was a little dark (even for a hibachi restaurant) and many ceiling tiles had water damage. We would go back to see the chef again but not much else.Kid-friendliness: Has highchairs and slings and chicken nuggets For stubborn kids.

The food was dry, and I've been coming here since I was 7 years old and we are normally always impressed, but I wasn't impressed. And it is way too expensive for not getting what you pay for. I payed $115 for hibachi that was dry and sushi that was falling apart. I won't be coming

Our favorite sushi restaurant. Japan Samurai was where we had our first dinner together as a couple. They have a roll (Jessica roll) that shares the same name as me. The staff is polite, kid friendly, but you should always call before because they get super busy with what appears to be not much staff. However, they don’t disappoint with food quality and quantity, are quick paced, and their chefs are very entertaining. Always a good go too for hibachi/sushi!
I’ve been coming to Japan Samurai for a very long time and this is still to this day one of the only Hibachi restaurants I will ever eat. They have amazing service and 10/10 food. Almost every birthday of mine (and several of my family members), my family comes here. They’re wonderful and nothing less than exceptional in every way!!!!!!!
This was my first time doing takeout but I was very impressed with the food quality and customer service. I will definitely try this next time.

Wow this place was wonderful! My family and I went out to dinner at this lovely restaurant the other night and we really loved the ambience atmosphere! It was quiet, the food and service was top notch! The chef was delightful, funny and really was moving those tools and putting on a good show! My wife loved it and the food was just amazing! We have found a new spot to go to for hibachi nights! We had a little bit of everything from shrimp and steak, shrimp and chicken and teriyaki chicken too!
