I love Jason’s Deli but today my dinner wasn’t good. My bread on sandwich was burnt, my egg was overcooked and my potato salad was horrible. Normally everything is great! It was the worst!! 0 stars if I could!

Got take out of the salad bar. First time coming to this restaurant. The staff was friendly the restaurant was clean though I did come in just after opening. The spinach was a little wilted but otherwise everything looked okay when I got home and tried to eat it it tasted like mold/ dirt. I got a bit of an upset stomach and cramps. I don't think I'll be going back there.

The food must be an acquired taste. My order was not prepared properly at all. How can one fail on a ham and cheese?? My spouse had a club, the sandwich was meaty, however dry. It was our first experience with the deli. Seems they were more worried about the tip than giving proper service. Not sure i would recommend the deli

It had been so long since I've even been to a Jason's Deli, I couldn't remember why I stopped going, but this location in Chesapeake served as an incredibly disappointing reminder. The sandwich I ordered — "Reuben The Great" — came out more like "Ivan The Terrible"... you're supposed to be able to choose between corned beef (gross) or pastrami, but it would be a huge help if they employed someone who could actually tell the difference between the two. Pressed for time, I tried to make the best of it, but just could not choke down that awful tasting, chewy corned beef, tossing most of it aside and settling for the remaining sauerkraut & swiss on rye. This place is just a massive waste of time and money. I won’t be back.

The Mac and cheese was runny and bland. The Baked potato was burnt. My Yankee sandwich was way far off from what they advertised. I posted two pictures to show the difference. Not to mention I paid over fifteen dollars for half of a sandwich that was dry. Only reason I am giving three stars is because the other sandwich and sides we got were decent. Not sure if I would eat from here again.
