Having a craving for a jersey Mike’s all week I decided to go in the Chesapeake Square to get a Turkey and cheese regular sub it was a lot of commotion going on and the employees were talking back-and-forth amongst each other. The young lady asked me what did I want to order and proceeded on and told her a regular turkey and cheese sub as I’m watching her she’s walking around looking for gloves then she comes back and proceeds to cut ham and say something to the other young lady about a club so I’m looking like so as she’s making the sub she’s putting ham on the sub and I didn’t ask for ham I asked for turkey I eat turkey. I don’t eat ham so then when I tell her or correct her her and another employee going back-and-forth. Oh, I did hear her say she want ham why would I say I want ham when I don’t eat ham make it make sense on top of that the employee that she was talking to sit there and scraped lettuce off the counter and threw it back in the container. It was totally unprofessional and I will not go back to Jersey Mike’s in Chesapeake Square.Very Unprofessional

When I arrived, everyone looked at me strangely. I ordered a regular club sandwich and grabbed two bags of chips. They immediately charged me almost $17 (without a drink). I waited, and when they finally brought me the sandwich, a young woman charged me again in front of the other customers who had just come in. To be honest, it was embarrassing. Very poor customer service.

Manager that served me was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to have to do her job.

Worst costumer service ever. I literally got dirty looks, and snarky comments because my PHILLY WAS COLD. the bread was FREEZING, I’ve never had cold bread unless it was a cold sub. I even asked if could just have a refund and pay for the drink and chips they were PISSED and told me NO HES ALREADY REMAKING IT. SLAMMED THE OLD SANDWICH IN THE TRASH I WILL NEVER EVER COME BSCK TO THIS LOCATION AND I DONT RECOMMEND.

This is the Jersey Mike’s that I order from Most often. The team at this location hustles so hard and works together (with a smile) to expedite all of the orders that come in from meal-delivery services and in person customers as quickly as they can. I am always happy with my experience here because of the good folks who make it happen every day.

I ordered delivery through the app last night and my order was wrong so I called, spoke with Alexis and she informed me to call in the morning. I did that and spoke with the manager Christa and she was very helpful in resolving the situation… leaving me with a positive experience. This is my second time there in a week and the team that works with Kate are great. Thanks for your service.

Just ate the BEST chicken cheese steak sub TODAY at this Jersey mikes! The gentleman on the grill was KILLING IT. Staff was amazing and food was just as amazing. Definitely coming back when they’re on shift

Ordered through the grubhub application again this time trying a regular sub. I had a problem with the tuna sub last time. This sub came very quickly and it was so covered and loaded in oil that it was impossible to eat. The sandwich of course was soggy and fell completely apart. Oil was everywhere, including the table. It's very unfortunate because the sandwich ingredients etc. seemed very good, but for the complete mess. This location doesn't seem care what they're sending out, especially on deliveries. That's the last time I'll order from here.

I placed a mobile order at 1pm and got there at 1:10. I asked if my order was ready and it wasn’t. Over 15 people had walked through and got their sandwich before i got my order. Shouldn’t mobile orders that were placed before the people walk in be made first? I ended up getting my food at 1:45. Service needs to be faster

I had an Italian mini sub all the way, except for oil and vinegar. Hour after I ate the sub I threw up massively. Salami was bad and I am never eating anything else from here !!!!!

Have to mention how awesome and professional this staff can be, especially with dealing with hard situations and difficult people. Food is always delightful and fresh and so are they! Keep it up!

Had a steak and cheese sub today and it was bussin, as my kids would say lol . Fresh , hot , flavorful… all I can say is keep up the great work! My kids demolished their subs too ..

Service was quick and came with a smile and friendly attitude. The place was really clean and well stocked. My sandwich bread was very fresh and the sub itself was delicious.

Came in on the weekend for some lunch and I must say I wasn’t impressed. Don’t get me wrong. The food was delicious, I ordered the number 43 giant… Chipotle cheesesteak which never disappoints. However, the problem I had was finding a table that was suitable for sitting down in. They all were sticky and you can tell they hadn’t been wiped down in sometime. Now mind you I was there at 11 o’clock in the morning, so there should be no need for unsanitized tables.
