Had a steak and cheese sub today and it was bussin, as my kids would say lol . Fresh , hot , flavorful… all I can say is keep up the great work! My kids demolished their subs too ..

Service was quick and came with a smile and friendly attitude. The place was really clean and well stocked. My sandwich bread was very fresh and the sub itself was delicious.

Came in on the weekend for some lunch and I must say I wasn’t impressed. Don’t get me wrong. The food was delicious, I ordered the number 43 giant… Chipotle cheesesteak which never disappoints. However, the problem I had was finding a table that was suitable for sitting down in. They all were sticky and you can tell they hadn’t been wiped down in sometime. Now mind you I was there at 11 o’clock in the morning, so there should be no need for unsanitized tables.

This place is always hopping. If you order online, you may have to wait a few extra minutes past the provided pickup time. That's only because business is booming and they're working to get your order right. Just sit and enjoy a fountain root beer or cream soda while you wait. Both the drink and your order will be worth it!

Maybe it's just me but it really is annoying when you are asked if you want it mikes way and you say no and when you tell them they say next time you can say mikes was minus this add that...... if I wanted to do it that way maybe I would. Would just like to get my sandwich without being corrected on how I order it. Just make the sandwich and move on, no need to correct your customers when ordering.

Went into store at Chesapeake square manager had terrible attitude because they had a lot of call in orders sandwich was sloppy and 2nd sandwich took almost 20min to get after the first one was thrown together last time I come here.

This place is better than Subway,that's right.

Went inside store to place order at 8:15 pm and was told they don’t have any bread. This is not my first time with the same experience. Store closes at 9 pm and they are frequently out of bread and essentially are “shut down” before the store actually closes.

I was excited to stop here. Disappointing. Poor friendliness. Worker was not familiar with the product. Couldn’t tell me if something was spicy because he didn’t eat spicy food. Ridiculous! Regardless, he is representing Jersey Mikes not himself. Sandwich was small and skimpy on the ingredients. Will not be back. Even put a tip in the jar. Not even a “Thank you”. Sad!!!!

Decided to give this location another try after having a bad prior bad experience. Somehow I can never seem to receive what I order and pay for. Came in a little while ago to get a chipotle chicken steak, no cheese, extra peppers, add smoky sauce. Somehow they forgot the peppers? I mean not A SINGLE pepper on the sandwich. No one was in line when I ordered so you can’t blame it on being busy. By far the worst location in the area. 10/10 would not recommend
