These employees couldn’t run a lemonade stand let alone a business, no one knows what’s going on, morning is getting done they’re just standing around asking what the other employees are doing. They’ve messed up multiple peoples orders and my sandwich took 30 minutes.

If I could give a negative 10 thats what i would leave. got in the store at 830. no one took our order until 850 . I was 3rd in line. I witnessed a couple leave who came in after us and ask how long we had been waiting . I responded so far 15min. im pretty sure if your employees and manager?? stopped chatting and making comments about how they are gonna be there til midnight because orders kept coming in maybe they could get their customers in and out faster. it really shouldn't take 30 min to make 2 sandwiches for customers that are right in front of you. this is not the 1st time ive been in your store and your employees seem like they don't want to be there. maybe they need more help or just better management.

I told them I was picking up a *order. The manager told me they were working on it right then but they proceeded to take 28 minutes just to make two subs and a bottle soda. They were very disorganized and slow. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody.

Person taking the order was extremely rude cut us off. Must be under New Management definitely a new staff. Not coming back to this location unless this is addressed. Had a weird chip on his shoulder like we were taking up time yet the place was completely empty. November 1 2025 11 a.m.

We’ve always had a great experience at this location. For convenience sake we recently went to the one at Kemps River and it was a nightmare. Never again. When you’ve found the best, don’t wander.

0/10 Extremely disappointed with my order last night. My sandwich was completely drenched in oil and vinegar, to the point it was inedible. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this Jersey Mike’s, unfortunately, it ruined the whole experience. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

I work close by and eat lat at this location frequently. Today the staff did a a great job under bad conditions. No AC for several days in 90 degree heat. Cooler not working, they were very busy! I stayed in line for about 20 minutes received my order with a smile. Please give this staff a thank you and some better working conditions.

This is the 2nd time i've tried this location, still an overall bad experience. Waited almost 30 minutes to get my sub, no acknowledgement at all. The manager was yelling at her coworkers to label the subs, long lines, the HVAC wasn't working. This location just downright sucks !!!
The best turkey and cheese sub I've had. Very flavorful on soft fresh baked bread.

Every sub I've tried from Jersey Mike's has been very good. The sandwiches are made to order. The bread is always fresh. Every sandwich is consistent from the next. Enjoy!
