I recently applied for a position at Jersey Mike’s and wanted to share my experience. The hiring process required applicants to memorize the entire menu and then come in to write it out as a test prior to being hired. While I understand the importance of knowing the menu, I felt that this requirement was quite demanding, especially since it involved a significant amount of unpaid work.
I dedicated a considerable amount of time and effort to memorize the menu and performed well on the test, yet I was not offered the position. It felt discouraging to invest so much time without any compensation or guarantee of employment. I believe a more balanced approach to the hiring process would be fairer to potential employees.

Do not eat here. This place is very unclean and the subs are horrible. I was standing watching a young lady making my sub on a bare naked counter without the paper wrap then proceeded to grab a dirty wipe towel to wipe off counter top and then proceeded to finish my sandwich. I just walked out. This is my second try with them and I am extremely disappointed. I will never return. Enter at your own risk you have been warned!! 8/24/24 This was between the hours of 2-3 p.m. Lastly the employees have bad attitudes not good for business???

I would not recommend this location. The person fixing to grill sandwich was wiping his noise while fixing the sandwich. I asked for a refund and left.
This was my first visit to any Jersey Mike’s Subs. The interior was small but neat. It was not ultra clean, but I would not say that it was dirty. Service was fine (no line). The sub was better quality than Subway. Prices are high for the amount received, which is what will probably keep me away.

I've been going to jersey mikes for years. Never had an bad experience until now. 1st I see the employee walk around with his phone in his hands scrolling with gloves on and went straight to making sandwiches. He didn't change gloves or anything. Then the bread must of been old because it was flaking and breaking apart so bad I couldn't even eat my sub. The whole outer layer flaked off. The meat tasted old and sour. Also, the guy put onion crumbs from the bottom of the pan on my sub and said he doesn't have anymore onions. The whole vibe felt dirty and unsanitary in that location. I don't even know why they had gloves on. They were touching everything including hugging each other playing around and making sandwiches with the same gloves! The GM definitely need to pay a visit to this location and tighten up his staff.

I went to order food at the Jersey mikes on Eden way and they closed a full 15 minutes early. Employees were cleaning the store and ignored me while I knocked on the window. I have never seen a food establishment close a full 15 minutes before close. Won’t be going back!

The service was great. The #8 sub was fantastic as always. My only problem was they rushed me out so fast that I forgot to give them my rewards number and they didn’t ask for it.
