What in the world! My daughter ordered a Chipotle Chicken sub in a bowl and was yelled at by the sandwich maker when she requested lettuce. She said it was good and so was my sandwich, but the bad attitude and negative vibes made it a bad experience. Not going back any time soon.

Best sub I've had in a while and I normally don't like jersey Mike's because the bread is too thick. This time it was perfect. Shout out to this place in particular!

Love My Jersey Mikes but this place was filthy today!!! It looked like the floors behind the counter hadn’t been swept or mopped in days. No excuse, it was only 11:50am!! Nasty, i will go to another location.

Got lost going, so walked in at 8:45pm, 15 min before closing, and the staff were so nice and was reassuring that they were fine and wanted to make the food for me. Great job! They deserve raises!

Disappointed with the food, which is rare. Any other time we eat at other locations the food is awesome! Even the cookies were stale. It is also quite obvious that there needs to be a better cleaning procedure. It was dirty everywhere. There were many health dept violations.

Went in to pick up an order tonight and it wasn't ready. My order has 2 cold subs. They started my order shortly after I arrived. I'm watching the workers and while I'm there the lady on the grill makes 9 subs on the grill (hot subs that you have to cook the meats) in the same time the guy at the cold sub side puts together 2 subs. 15 minutes to put together 2 cold subs. The 3rd guy working there has already sliced the meats for my order so he didn't even have to cut the meats, just put the subs together. The last on the grill deserves a raise and the guy at the cold section needs to be trained better. 9 hot subs in the grill versus just putting together 2 cold subs. Terrible.

one of the employees took my cellphone number off my mobile order. Then continued to message me 4 times after I stated I wasn’t interested in him. Felt very uncomfortable which sucks, sandwich was great tho.

Watched an employee walk in and try and make my sandwich without washing his hands prior to putting on his gloves. I asked him if he washed his hands before touching my food, he didn’t deny it. I told him he needed to was his hands and remake the sub. I was surprised his manager didn’t say anything and it seemed like a common practice. I won’t be back to this location for sure.

Not impressed. First time ever visiting a jersey mikes. The bread was hard and chewy, meat and cheese was bland. Jimmy johns is so much better, cheaper, and quicker.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but I will usually drive the extra 10 minutes to come here. I walk in there today and there's three workers in there. One is sitting at a table. The other two were standing there, but walked away from me as soon as I walked in, and didn't acknowledge me at all. I stand there for a good couple minutes before the worker sitting at the table asks me if I wanted to order something. Well of course, why else would I come in there!? The other two workers were just standing around to the side. I didn't like the attitude, I didn't like the vibe, and I left and im going to take my money elsewhere. I won't be back here.

Service was slow today. Ordered online. Was to be Ready at 727. I walk in at 727. 1 person in line. I ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 hot and 1 cold. My hot sandwich was done and on the table waiting before I walked in. Had to wait 10 more min for the cold sandwich to be done. By the time I got my food, the hot sandwich was cold.

Had 10 sandwiches ordered. Only 4 were correct. The rest all messed up. Putting onions on an order that said no onions because of a food allergy. Not paying attention to the orders and it took an hour to make these 10 orders. So not use this location. If they mess up this bad on one customer, imagine what they have done and no one has complained.
