Pretty good subs here

Jack McMickle

70 bucks and the 2 hot subs had more meat outside the roll than on the inside. Italians had no oil or vinegar the way it was ordered. 2 of the subs looked like they shared a roll they where so tiny. Not sure what happened to this store but I will never order from this store again. Whoever Is managing this store should be ashamed of what they put out as what's supposed to be a quality sub.

It never ceases to amaze me when you take the time to place a mobile order and when you go to check if it is ready at the stated time that you have to wait almost 30 mins additional while customers who walk in get their food first! No apologies were expressed either for the wait.

This is my goto spot when I want a hoagie. You can't go wrong with them hot or cold hoagies they have you covered & i really like that any hoagie you want you can get it as a sub in a tub.

Received our sandwiches and all 3 was dark brown bread. Could not bite into them. You knew when making the sandwiches they were hard!

Have dined here several times and just had the tastiest tuna sub ever. Jersey Mike’s is strong everywhere and this location no different.

S. Battlefield location, Chesapeake, VA. I'm sorry. My sub order was incorrect and totally lacked in preparation. It was sloppy and not Mike's Way. Talk about cutting corners!!! Not going back.

I’m giving 2 stars overall. We came in on a Saturday (4/20) around 1:30. There was one customer ahead of us, and when we placed our order they started prioritizing phone orders, which generally isn’t something we get frustrated by. However, there was a gentleman working (the only male on staff at the time) and I think he got confused by the priority of phone orders vs in house. There was a female employee cutting deli meat who seemed to be the lead at the time and she was incredibly rude to her male coworker for making a mistake and doing an in house order first. She snapped at him in the presence of other customers not once but twice and I could sense his feeling of embarrassment. As a possible team lead in particular she should have better management skills and better customer service skills. There is a better way to TRAIN an employee or help in the midst of a mixup, and coworkers should always be spoken to respectfully. She should not be a lead, if she is.

Went in for the first time today because they were having their day of giving. Ordered several sandwiches for the family. They were super busy and the staff was in high spirits, friendly, attentive and crushing it. They were a well oiled machine pumping out in house orders as well as a ton of online orders.I couldn't get over how busy they were and how clean and orderly everything remained. The sandwiches were great too!Nice to see a business giving back to the community and have great service and food. Keep up the great work!

The review section would not allow me to upload the photo, but suffice it to say I spent $19 for a 12-inch turkey sub and it was nasty, slimy, sparse on meat and "Mikes Way" toppings, a total ripoff, will not return.
