Went in for the first time today because they were having their day of giving. Ordered several sandwiches for the family. They were super busy and the staff was in high spirits, friendly, attentive and crushing it. They were a well oiled machine pumping out in house orders as well as a ton of online orders.I couldn't get over how busy they were and how clean and orderly everything remained.The sandwiches were great too!Nice to see a business giving back to the community and have great service and food. Keep up the great work!

The review section would not allow me to upload the photo, but suffice it to say I spent $19 for a 12-inch turkey sub and it was nasty, slimy, sparse on meat and "Mikes Way" toppings, a total ripoff, will not return.

This location of Jersey Mikes is fantastic! Their food is priced well and the takeout experience is quick and easy. The employees are friendly and are more than happy to assist you. A great choice if you are looking for something quick to eat and fill up.

Not pleased. Observed female employee handle food with gloves, paced back and forth from prep area to register with same gloves. Threw my food in bag. One of the employees mocked me after I responded to his question. Female employee walked over towards him made a comment. Definitely unbelievable for such a high end area to have disrespectful employees!!!
This place was so gross. There were flies everywhere and it was so so warm in there. Ugghhh it’s brand new I mean my goodness yuk. Been there two more times and as I feel the food was good and I didn’t get sick and I wanted to give it a fair chance in case it was just a bad day. Nope it was the same. That third time I went, I walked in and walked right back out. I’m sorry but if I want Jersey Mikes, which I absolutely love, I will go to greenbrier. Much much nice and wayyyy cleaner

I always go to Jersey Mike's for right before the college football games kickoff. I get the famous #13, the Original Italian.Everything was fine up until I got to the register. The sandwich was made clean and fresh as always. The lady at the register sneezes four times takes my payment and rolls my sandwich with THE SAME GLOVES SHES SNEEZES IN!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! However, to not cause a scene and is blamed for calling out someone's behavior. I allowed the individual to wrap and roll my GIANT italian sub then un-roll it because it was falling out of the bag, then roll it up again. I took the bagged sandwiched and threw it straight in the trash. I Don't know if they saw me or not; really don't care either way. $19 bucks is not worth the drama, the potential illness, or just the nasty taste of sneeze droplets or even a potential booger that might be on that sandwich.All of my negative comments are reflective of just this single experience at this singular location.I proceeded to go to wingstop instead today and will go to the Greenbrier location going forward.

Very unsanitary. I watched a male worker with a pony tail run his gloved hand down his pony tail to move his long hair from in front of his shoulder to behind his back. He immediately grabbed a large block of cheese with the same glove he just ran through his hair and started to slice it for the next 20 or so customers to enjoy. Hopefully they hold some sanitary practices training with their employees. I won't be going back here. Enjoy your greasy hair cheese slices if you eat here. I guess that's what they mean with "all the JUICES" when you order it Mike's way.

Consistently have to wait 30 minutes after arriving before getting the food. Half the time, the order is wrong. I doubt this place will last most than a couple years.
