Today was my first experience at Jimmy Johns. It was convenient so I thought I'd give it a try. First of all the server that took my order was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her even though this is her job. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be in the bag. When I picked up my food my receipt wasn't in the bag and I had to ask for it again. We sat down to eat and I opened up my sandwich to find (pictures below) the lamest sandwich I've ever seen. I was given 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatosauce, hardly any lettuce and 1 slice of roast beef. I asked to speak to a manager. His name was Aston. He was extremely nice in a condescending way. For example he told me that's the way Jimmy Johns makes their sandwichs. Subway makes better sandwiches. He basically said to write a bad review and don't come back if I'm not happy. WOW! Is this how we treat customers? Visit was on March 5 2025, 2:31pm Ck number 148

Picklewich for the win! I got the Vito (salami, capocollo, provolone, onion, lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar and oregano-basil) and the limited edition Jimmy Pickle Chips. The chips are salt vinegar with a hint of pickle, just ok for me. The jumbo kosher pickle sandwich was delicious! I loved the crunch in every bite! It was messy and fell apart but worth it. If you like pickles I recommend you enjoy the Picklewich!

The employees at this location are just the best! After ordering a sub platter for my daughter’s softball team, the game was cancelled. The crew let me reschedule my order for the makeup day and delivered it to help me out. We will definitely order from here again.

Don't get the hummus and pita chips
2oz container was half full & the "pita" chips were fake, prossed tiny chips from a chip bag. Worst rip off in a long time.

I've been coming for the past few years. Service is always fast and pleasant. My go to sandwiches are the Beach and the veggie. The brownie hits on those special days.

They are so welcoming and kind here. I come in with my children, and they love coming here, for a family meal.

Customer service is terrible… they wouldn’t even acknowledge me or look at me until I’d been in the store 5 minutes. I try to wave them down and say pick up… nothing. Then I go to the pickup window and still no help. They even started taking someone else’s order who just walked in the store.. finally I stood behind the guy ordering.. they have they nerve to ask “are u ready to order yet?” I told them again that I was picking up. On top of that my food was ready on the pre order pick up.. my first time going so I didn’t know they had one.. I get the food and leave. They forgot a sandwich and all of our condiments we asked for. I’ll spend my money elsewhere for now on.

I fux with this Jimmy John’s so hard! Everyone in there is so cool and friendly. The managers are always making sure things run smoothly. I just ordered a wrap online and I didn’t want my wrap to be that red ghost pepper wrap. I wanted it in a regular wrap, but they don’t have a common section to be able to customize so I had to put” use regular wrap” where I would put my name and and they got my order 100% correct.
