Overall pretty bummed out with this location. Went to Jimmy Johns a few weeks ago and realized when I got home that they forgot my ranch that I paid for. Went again today for lunch and made sure this time my ranch was in the bag... Got all the way home again only to realize they gave me the completely wrong sandwich this time. Very disappointed.

JJ is known for freaky fast food. The subs are always quick and delicious! Super friendly and fun employees. Smaller seating area, but nicely lit and great music playing. I treat it as the perfect lunch spot when short on time.

Every month where I live the apartment complex manager will get food catered in from different restaurants for our big meetings. Usually when food is catered the restaurant makes the food good for a good impression to get customers. Well, Jimmy John's failed at this. The apartment complex ordered several boxes of subs of different meats. The subs had very little meat, lettuce and tomatoes on all of them. This did not impress a lot of people including me. This was the first time I tried Jimmy John's and I know it will be my last.

I retired 2 years ago and this Jimmy John's is my new favorite place to eat. I'll arrange my day to be in the Greenbrier area for lunch because the experience is so rewarding. They always greet you when you walk in and the employees seem genuinely happy to have you there. I typically get the #2, Big John roast beef. The service is always fast and friendly. There is a buzz about the place with lots of called in pickup orders and a steady flow of foot traffic. Because it's busy, the food is fresh and they can keep enough employees on the clock to ensure speedy service. Finally, it's clear that management does a good job because everyone seems to be happy working there. With today's labor crunch, it's nice to eat at a place where the service is reliable and everyone seems happy.

Online order wasn't followed. Paid $40 for two sandwiches, including tip.The sandwiches were dry and bland. The lettuce appeared to have been scrapped off the floor. Guess they are having a lettuce and mayo shortage. Just freaking
First time trying a sub from Jimmy John's!! I don't normally write reviews, but I got the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch it tasted alright but be better heated but I know they dont heat their subs, but to me for $20 for a giant sub, it needs to have more meat to it like the picture advertised.. but at least I can say I tried this establishment but will I be back idk

Save your money. Bought a half of a sub of ham and cheese, there was one slice of thin ham and a sliver of cheese. There was no lettuce or tomato on it liked I asked for. I got it to go, so had no idea how bad it was. If that's what they think is a sub they should go to mr Jim's and see what a real sub is like. It also cost me $8 for nothing but bread. To expensive and no meat or veggies. I don't think I will be going back again.

Jacob made our Jimmy John's experience a delightful one. His customer service was friendly, joyful, fun & personal. From the moment we stepped in, he made us feel at home with his big kind greeting- not something you experience often at fast food. Hope JJ's is treating him super well! Our food was great too!

We went for Lunch there on 7/9/23 @ 1:00pm and we had to walk out cause the place smelled really bad. We usually love JJ, and the customer service is usually top notch. but we had to leave cause the smell was ruining our appetite.
