I’ve ordered delivery and used the drive-thru here several times, and they never disappoint! As many others have mentioned, the employees are incredibly kind and always have such a positive attitude. Whatever you’re doing, please keep it up. In the times we’re living in, it’s so refreshing to have places like this. They’re close to our house, and we will definitely be returning customers. Sometimes it’s hard to load up four kids just to grab food, and this place always hits the spot when we’re in a time crunch.

Not sure of what the ham sandwich is supposed to be like, however, i ordered through the window and after about 20 minutes of driving was able to have lunch on my way to Richmond. I was surprised that there was only one slice of ham.

Their new toasted sandwiches are a game-changer, and Firehouse Subs better watch out because there's some serious competition now. Plus, the staff was super friendly and let me know about their app program, which you can sign up for on their website or by downloading the app to your smartphone. The manager at this location definitely knows and understands customer service. I had the best experience today and he definitely made sure to make things right. He truly went above and beyond correcting a wrong order given out. I left super happy and even ordered another sandwich while I was there.

Had a large catering order and they delivered! What do I mean? The order was entered for pickup at 12:15pm, and it was handed to me at that time! Great team behind the counter and the sandwiches were made correctly and to the order specifications. Highly recommend!
