must have had 2 people working. waited 30+min in drive thru picking up mobile order and only 3 cars in line...freaky slow if u ask me

We ordered sandwiches from Jimmy John on Cedar Road. We all enjoyed our sandwiches served with chips and sodas. The delivery was fast. I recommend the tuna fish sub.

Overcharging over double the 6% rate for sales tax. They charged me 12 which is outrageous shut this place down this is illegal

I always enjoy their tuna sub. I especially like the cucumbers. I think lettuce and tomatoes along with the cucumbers would elevate this sandwich.

I’m totally disguised by this store. My experience has not been enjoyable nor pleasant.This is the second time on different shifts that I’ve gone to this establishment and have been served food with hair placed on my sandwiches. The employees that they have working are repulsive to say the least. Putting my trust into this company never again. I tried to see if it was a place that was not racist or nasty to its customers for no apparent reasons whatsoever. The three white men that I saw tonight taking my order and fixing my order took beyond a long time to even prepare the order when I was the only car in drive-thru and only to find out later while eating my food that there was hair all on it under the cheese totally hidden unless you take the sandwich apart which I did but after eating majority of this sandwich.I felt something was not right with the service and then I found out it certainly wasn’t the warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional service that one would expect from a drive-thru when placing orders to go.
