We had your ribs at the RibFest in Elkhorn Wisconsin. We waited in line for about 45 minutes, which we didn't mind doing expecting excellent ribs. We were very disappointed. the ribs were tough and chewy, and rare at the bone. We couldn't eat them because we didn't feel that eating raw pork was safe. I thought about going back up to the booth to complain, but you were really busy, and your staff was super friendly, so we just considered it a waste of $32. My friend...
Caught up with them at the Elkhorn Ribfest, absolutely incredible sauce ribs were fall of the bone smack ya with flavor, there was a gentleman greeting everyone through out the lines he is top notch in customer service such a fun personality definitely will be checking them out again next year as we now have a new favorite. Did I mention the Mac and cheese? Oh myyyy possibly the best I’ve ever had. A must stop.
Wish we would have come here sooner. Been missing good bbq since moving here. Keep in mind its cash only, but we fed 3 people full meal with drinks for less than $60. Well worth the price!
