I had just found this shop some weeks ago and have been going in three to four times a week! The girls behind the counter are really giving it their all and working hard. However, unfortunately they always seem very dismissive and have a bad attitude.

The past couple of times I went there one of the girls doesn’t ask me what I want and just assume that I’m getting the same order and already rings it up and starts walking away. Today we greeted each other and then she put in my order without asking me again, before you know it the screen was already ready for me to insert my card. I politely asked my server “what if I was going to get something different”
She responded “Then that would’ve sucked for you” turned around and walked away dismissively. This was so rude When my food was ready she was being nice so maybe she was just having a bad day but it was unprofessional and extremely immature. I can understand not having the energy to be super cheerful but to go out of your way to say rude comments to the customers will make for a tense environment.

I don't know if they think we’re in the same age group or what but I’m 32 and this girl was treating me like I was an annoying little sister. Not trying to be funny but the customer service is awful. Which is a shame because the quality of the food is very great. I have no complaint on the food.

I didnt get greeted the staff where on there phones. I asked questions and they didnt want to answer they were rude ill never go here again

Always a great experience at Krave! The young folks employed there are fantastic and really work hard and offer exceptional customer service.

Love this place! I go here strictly for the beet juice and the pesto panini is great too!

Use to be a favorite. Quality of the $11 smoothie ingredients has declined.

I ordered a veggie burrito and a PB&J smoothie, and both were delicious! The burrito was fresh, flavorful, and filling, and the smoothie was the perfect balance of creamy and sweet. Great spot for a healthy and satisfying meal—definitely coming back!

First time here. Girls working were so kind on helping me choose. Ended up with the coconut bowl. It was so delicious! Can't wait to come back.

Cool adult atmosphere especially the outdoor area. The food and drinks are good, my burger was amazing. Can’t wait to revisit this summer.
