Where to start ordered through door dash and took an hour to start order go to drive thru last night and only taco Bell open like really. Never get food right. Try to call for 30 minutes and they never answered I guess management doesn’t care

Went back 3 times for one chicken sandwich first it had to be a sandwich leftover from yesterday if not longer asked for cheese they didn't know how to put that on it because it doesn't normally have cheese I asked for ranch and absolutely no mayo it was for my wife and she will not touch Mayo first one no mayo but no ranch either or cheese just yesterday's hard Cold chicken so I went back get home it's another sandwich covered in Mayo still no ranch or cheese so one more time I go back because it is for her and it's a 10 dollar sandwich it should at least be hot and how hard is cheese and ranch??? Last trip back home absolutely plain chicken sandwich no ranch or cheese but at least no mayo and it was warm enough to eat and not rubbery so that's good enough
I came in around 6:30 it was no one at the register I had to wait about 5min before someone came to take my order and when she did she didn’t even say good evening I ordered my food and still had to wait 10min to get that .when I got home and look at my food it looked like someone had cooked my food in some motor oil the chicken was so black and u could see and smell that it was cooked in old grease I lost money because we couldn’t even eat it I will never ever go back there again this is the sorry kfc and the workers are dirty and rude.

This is easily the worst ran KFC Taco Bell in the area period. More than half of the time that I come here they are not open on time, people are nasty at the window products not available, etc etc

Went un ordered the chicken nugget deluxe meal, once i got home 2 mins away opened my food and the nuggets look like dog food, extremely hard and old. So i went back to store and ask the manager who's dog she was feeding that to bc I'm not eating it. Her response is I'm rude, then the mouth didn't stop. She got alot of mouth to be a manager but she meet her match today. She unprofessional, rude and alot of mouth to hold any keys to any business! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BUT ALOT OF NAME CALLING FOR A MANAGER!
