If it weren’t for NINA IT WOULD BE 1 STAR.
I placed a mobile order through the KFC app today for a Chicken Pot Pie Combo. When I arrived at the restaurant, the individual who appeared to be the manager — a gentleman with pink and blue hair and visible facial tattoos — immediately told me they were “all out of pot pies.” He also insisted that he could not cancel my order and that I would have to cancel it through the app.

When I attempted to cancel through the app, the AI assistant informed me that cancellations are only possible if the option appears, and in my case, the option wasn’t available. So I went back into the store for help.

Thankfully, Nina, a female associate, stepped in and provided the type of customer service that every business should strive for. She checked the situation herself and confirmed that they did have pot pies available and that she could prepare one fresh for me. She also let me know it would take 22 minutes, which I appreciated—fresh pot pies are worth the wait.

This makes it very clear that the person I initially spoke to was not truthful, was unwilling to assist, and attempted to shift responsibility onto the app instead of helping resolve the issue. His behavior was unprofessional, misleading, and completely avoidable.

Nina, on the other hand, was exceptional—kind, honest, helpful, and communicative. She is the only reason this experience didn’t result in me walking out and never returning. She deserves recognition, because she demonstrated what true customer service looks like.

Management should address the dishonest and dismissive behavior displayed by the first employee. Customers deserve transparency, not misinformation and refusal to help.

When you go to a KFC and cannot order original KFC chicken wings there's a problem. So I ordered two orders of chicken tenders ( bad mistake) the KFC seasoning was not the same, didn't even finish them they were so bad. I just thought it was unrealistic that you go to a chicken place and not get want you want, especially for the higher prices you pay there. The service was below average, I honestly feel that they cater to the drive up more than the walk in customer. A month ago I got what I wanted paid a little more but enjoyed the original wings. Looking at the reviews, I honestly think KFC has lost what it takes to satisfying the customer especially with the prices that they are charging.

Using the KFC app to place an order should be easy. Order was placed 3 hours ago for a 4:30 pick up and here we are still waiting after 25 minutes. We should have checked the reviews for this KFC and gone somewhere else or skipped KFC completely. Ridiculous that a name brand franchise can offer such poor service. If it wasn't for the fact KFC was specifically requested by the child we are celebrating, we would ask for a full refund and leave! 30 minutes wait over pick up time for a phone in order is not the way to keep return customers. Be forwarned!

2nd time giving this location a try and I had the same exact issue from the first visit over a year ago. The food is horrible, burnt old chicken. Cold mashed potatoes and warm Coleslaw. The staff was OK but 15 min wait for some old burnt chicken was not.

We had a craving for the OG Honey BBQ Wings and they really delivered!!! Hot and Super Fresh!!! The wings were so good we almost drove back to say compliments to the chef! Outstanding Customer Service!! We will definitely be back!

First and foremost the lobby is always closed visiting this location today and spent almost 60 bucks. Needless to say going through the drive-thru is such a hassle with a large order the drive-thru attendant looked very unkept and had visible hickeys all over her neck which was rather off-putting and considering I had four small children and my wife in the car she had a terrible attitude and when I requested for sauce for the Taco Bell again having a large order she proceeded to give me approximately 6 to 8 packages of sauce of course that will be insufficient. KFC is really going downhill I don't know if it's every location but it seems to be and none of them will give you a refund they want to make the food right and then you have to stand there awkwardly with people who you just had a confrontation with to try to get some decent food

Every couple months my family re-tries this place in hopes it will improve; but it keeps getting worse. So we drive across town to another location. Today’s experience includes, being ignored for 9 mins while they stood at the drive-thru window, (with no-one here). When we decided to ask if anyone was working the counter, we received an eye roll, and sour attitude as they walked over to take our order. The food took an extra 15+ mins and was wrong… we just left, since 30mins and still not correct was enough.

Went there two different times at 11:30 in the morning only to find the doors locked. So we had to go through the drive thru. They had no wedges or potato poppers or French fries. They need to do better.

Avoid this place! If you’re short for time, do not come here! They closed the Front Door and everyone has to go through the Drive-through, I had a Mobile order that was putting in way ahead of time and now I’m waiting for them to make food for the people that didn’t have a mobile orders! They need new management! or close this place up!

The night manager , Black guy with glasses needs to be Fired !!!! He’s so rude and cussed infront of my 14 year old son ! Worst KFC around , worst customer service ever ! Eat here at your own risk !!! All the employees seem to be scared of him !

Food was over cooked, dry and just disgusting. I attempted to get this resolved and was greet with attitude. Corporate will be contacted and they really need to reconsider who they have managing there stores
