When you go to a KFC and cannot order original KFC chicken wings there's a problem. So I ordered two orders of chicken tenders ( bad mistake) the KFC seasoning was not the same, didn't even finish them they were so bad. I just thought it was unrealistic that you go to a chicken place and not get want you want, especially for the higher prices you pay there. The service was below average, I honestly feel that they cater to the drive up more than the walk in customer. A month ago I got what I wanted paid a little more but enjoyed the original wings. Looking at the reviews, I honestly think KFC has lost what it takes to satisfying the customer especially with the prices that they are charging.

Why the hell is this restaurant still open???The food was ALL burnt, asked for all dark, got half white, half dark, all burnt!! Asked for original and got whatever the hell that was, but it wasn't original. Two pot pies, burnt, couldn't even get them out of the pan into a bowl, the inside was dry and stuck to the crust, burnt crust!! Ordered chicken tenders, burnt like the rest of the order. Called the restaurant only to find that the number on the online add, is a FAX number!! I can see why, so that no one that is dumb enough to buy your food, can call and complain!!!

Would have given a zero if it was an option. Employee rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I attempted to order a meal and wanted fries instead of mash potatoes. The employee tried to overcharge me. Instead of replacing the side order he tried to charge me for an additional side. I do not recommend this location.

Absolutely terrible experience. The lady was shockingly arrogant and rude—instead of welcoming us or addressing our concerns politely, the staff acted like they were doing us a favor just by speaking to us. On top of that, I waited far too long for our food more than 30mins, with no explanation or apology.
When I asked about the delay, I was met with attitude instead of answers. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disrespect and indifference. The whole experience felt like they didn’t care at all about service or satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
