This is not a good location right now. The food is just as good as you would expect but the service is so bad it ruins the experience. It appears that some management intervention could help. I went 2 times before I wrote this review. I do not recommend this location.

Drive through dude what super nice, gave us extra sauces. Food came out hot and timely. They even delivered it to our vehicle since it was ‘fresh out the oven’.

I am so sick of this KFC. The workers are ok, most of the time. The food sucks. This time, it was the worst. Chicken under cooked. Look at photo- need I say more.

This is probably the 3rd of 4th time I have placed a mobile order and they always say you have to go inside. Whats the point of a mobile order then? Then when we do go inside they always say “the food hasn’t been made” what is the point of placing an order ahead of time then. Very poor management.

I’m officially calling this place “can’t get right”. I’ve ordered from this KFC a few times because it’s the only one around and EVERY TIME I’ve ordered from this place, they’ve NEVER fulfilled my order correctly. Like I swear the individuals that are lacking the competence to put a meal together is WILD. I took some years break off this KFC for the fact that they can’t get ANYTHING right and trying to give them another chance just proved to me, I’m going to carry on. Over it. 0/10 DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This location doesn't even deserve 1star. I don't know why I keep trying to give them chances to redeem themselves. Once I did an online order why because the app has perks and who doesn't like using app points and perks...any ways.....I get to the window to be told that they are out of chicken and the cook quite...ok they reimbursed me but now I have to order something else somewhere else wasting gas....now tonight I said let me give them a other try.....ordered online I HAVE MAD POINTS SAVED UP.... I get there and this time the friers are down, there's no more chicken it will be 30 minutes before the friers are back up and running.....then when I finally get home with my tender combo I am surprised by some unrecognizable pieces of shriveled up tenders......FLAMES.....CURSE WORDS .... DON'T EVER ORDER AT THIS LOCATION

This place never fails to be one of the worst locations, but today, they outdid themselves. In the spirit of the holidays, I did not go off on the workers or manager, but I ordered online and waited 1 hr 20 min PAST my pick-up time just to get my food. It was worse when others were getting their food before me.
