KFC did the best they could with the 3 people working the dinner shift. The one thing they to work on is wearing gloves when handling people food.

So many areas need improvement...
No ice out front
No sweet tea
No Dr. Pepper
No wedges
No Honey BBQ wings
No carbonation in the soda
Biscuits hard
Tenders old
Food wasn't fresh.. it was hard and dried out. Seems like they just plain out don't care so I won't be back. The health department needs to take a walk through.This place needs to be shut down.

This place is horrible, unsanitary, & pathetic. The workers do not wear gloves, they let you stand at the counter like you are invisible until multiple customers starts complaining as to why no one is taking or giving orders, the staff be in there listening to rap music walking around talking & getting drinks like customers are not present they are very rude & the night manager acts like he is incompetent. You have to wait over 30 minutes to an hour for any orders. The store is very dirty inside & the food is always untasteful & not fresh like it's old food. This place needs alot of cleaning, improvements & training. I would give it all a half star a full star is really over rating.

Well here I come to say the same thing that apparently everyone else says... the food is horrible, nasty, over cooked. Charged for items that I didn't even get.
My question is so when does something change... all these negative comments. Maybe new management is needed

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. They gave me chicken that had been fried in old grease the chicken was dark and overcooked when I asked for a refund they stated they don’t give refunds, but they will give me a new order. The employee stated that all the chicken was like that meaning all the chicken was overcooked. So if the chicken wasn’t up to par why give it to paying customers?

Not a great place to come in near closing time but then again no place is. The oil used for cooking seem to be slightly burned. The chicken seem to be a little overdone. This could happen to anywhere, and it was near closing time. This problem has probably been resolved and back to normal now.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. They charged me for the wrong meal despite pointing it out multiple times and speaking to the person in charge. When I got home I found it short a biscuit and the mashed potatoes and gravy were barely even filled.

Was very disappointed with my meal i purchased yesterday. My crunchy chicken was so hard, I could barely eat it, it was dry and just very hard. I ordered a side of potato wedges, and they were so hard and crispy. Im so disappointed I paid $13, for this meal, only to not be able to consume it. I hate wasting my money, especially in this economy. Thinking im going to eat a good dinner, only yo get home, and be disappointed. Will never visit this location again.

waited 30 minutes past pickup time, chicken was overcooked and soggy somehow at the same time. and this is a $3 side of mac and cheese? this is straight out of the bag with none eaten. that is 2 bites max.

I was robbed last night by the thieves who work here. Placed an order at 6 o’clock at the drive-through I was told to pull up by 7 o’clock as my food wasn’t ready. I went inside to tell them don’t worry about it give me my money back and they told me that I couldn’t get my money back. I had to leave KFC without my food and without my money, Which by definition is robbery - I have filed multiple complaints, Including whether the city has this location is absolutely disgusting just like the people who work there

Thanks, my daughter and I went to go get food here and my order was completely messed up. The drinks were flat. The food was cold. Looked like it was sitting from overnight. I contacted them about it. They said they were replaced the whole order for my convenience of having to come back when I get there to get my order, replaced the nasty rude Manager some black lady with a short wig said no she’s only gonna get this. She’s not getting that and I do not appreciate that and I will be reporting her they need to shut This location down
