Not everyone is chosen but if a cat chooses your lap, the adoption fee isn’t too surprising.
Went to visit your location and your hours say you’re open until 6 PM. This would be our second time attending and called ahead but no one answered the website and your store show that you close at six but you were already closed by 5:15 PM. Can a Manager please reach out to me? We had family visiting and plan this trip according to your hours. Thank you
We made our first visit yesterday and wow, what a great setup for the kitties! Very knowledgeable staff, happy, healthy kitties and delicious coffee. What more could you want?
Loved this place, I love kitty cafés! This had one room of adult cats and the other room was kittens. Definitely worth the trip to cuddle some kitties!
Love going here to decompress. We are also about to adopt two kitties from here. So excited! Really love everything this place stands for and how much the staff truly cares.
We enjoyed our visit here very much! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cats were all relaxed and enjoyed being petted. We all had the food and definitely reccomend the bbq brisket sandwich! Considering the number of cats it is surprising clean and very relaxing. There is also a small gift shop. So glad we went🙂
Our first of many visits to see and love on some kitties! We had a great time snuggling the kittens and the adult cats. The staff were super sweet and friendly. We look forward to going back soon!
Very friendly staff, and two rooms full of feline personalities. What's not to love!!
Cute kitties and great coffee! My husband and I had a great time during our visit. Will be back again!
Horrible coffee, not clean and not good customer service.

Don’t go if you are actually interested in adopting a cat or kitten but it’s a nice place if you just want to play with them for 30-60 minutes and leave.
While this place has numerous cute kittens to play with it seems like the staff is not interested nor are they helpful with trying to get any of the kittens adopted.
We spent the entirety of our first trip connecting with a kitten just to be told that he was already taken. I went back a day later to just check on another kitten that the website wasn’t clear about and told that I had to pay the whole fee just to take a peek at the kitten. We then went back a few weeks later and spend yet another fee to see them and connect with one just to be told that it’s now their policy that we have to adopt two kittens. Nowhere at the location nor online does it state this. The staff is not helpful and just looking to collect money.

Under assumption that all kittens you pay to play with are adoptable and available .
Need to indicate which cats are already adopted on their collar . Spent 30 mins and 20 plus dollars to bond with someone else’s cat.
I returned after reviewing which kittens were available online (since they won’t make it easy for you) and found another kitten that was suitable for us. Only now the lady up front stated that we have to adopt 2 kittens together under the age of 7 months. (Kittens are 150 dollars each)
This is not told to us in the beginning , not on the website and not on any signs in the building. I stated I have an older cat at home but she replied that my 7 yr old cat was too old to be a companion for a kitten.
What a disappointment. Seems she keeps making it harder and harder for these kittens to be adopted.
Go to an SPCA instead you’ll have less issues and spend less money.
