Good chicken, but very inconsistent. My usual order here is some fried chicken and some chicken tenders. Sometimes the fried chicken is off other times the tenders are off. Very rarely do you get both on point at the same time. Tonight the tenders tasted off. Like they were old. Into the trash they went. The fried chicken tasted great though. Last time the fried chicken tasted like there was something weird with the batter. So that's the eternal struggle with this place.

I even had my lil sis go order the food pay for it and I picked it up when I got off which was like 30 minutes after she ordered everything and they told me I still had 10 minutes before food was ready. Wow really. So I don’t come here often and it’s expensive. Food is ok on a good day.

Friday, January 5, was our first day and our last day visiting this restaurant in Weston Town Center. Two out of a party of four ordered, chicken tenders, thinking that we shouldn't go wrong with tenders, but was a very bad choice since the tenders were chewy and didn't have any flavor at all. We let the waiter know, that our girls didn't like nor eat the tenders, to our surprise we got the full $30 of both tenders. The place is price for the quality of the food.

First time visiting this restaurant. I heard nothing but good things so I decided to try it for myself.I was greeted with a smile. I asked if they served combo meals (3 items or more). To my surprise, the answer was no. However, after reviewing the website, they have a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo listed. So are combos served here or not?Back to my order….four pieces of chicken tenders and an item I decided to try for the first time, jambalaya. I tried it, wasn’t impressed. A biscuit some how was included in my order which I didn’t ask for. I’m going to assume it comes with the tender, I didn’t know nor was I told.I wasn’t asked if it was to go or dine in. My order stated, dine in. It was to go. The price wasn’t cheaper because my expectations were already high from hearing others opinions. Overall, I spent $12 for four tenders. I will return but I will give myself enough time to review the menu before placing my order(s).

Food is AMAZING! I mean absolutely AMAZING! I love the way the butter tastes on everything… My problem is there customer service more specifically them not answering the phone I called multiple time on different days in attempt to order my food over the phone and nobody ever picks up which leads to me driving down there and having to order in person as a matter of fact I attempted to call in a order before I had to clock in for work I tried calling 30 min in advance and got no answer after 4 attempts. I’ve even got a little experimental and went in there in person and called jus to see how the employees react to a phone call & they literally jus ignore it.. I did it twice and the first time the cashier was on FaceTime just ignoring the phone. Hopefully someone of higher management or something see’s this post and do something about it I love krispy krunchy and I love supporting my black owned business. I’m 100% sure I’m not the first to report this issue.

The fried chicken here is amazing. For me the best fried chicken I've had in the area. If you're not doing in I recommend you order ahead as they cook your chicken when you order it, so you can end up waiting 20-25 minutes if you don't. But it IS worth the wait! I don't know how they are able to get the chicken so flavorful, crunchy, and moist. We had the 12 piece dark, family meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, which are really good also. The meal was so good, we went back the next day! This location is connected to another spot, and though there's seating I think it's mainly set up to be a takeout spot. I highly recommend.
