Loveee the services , I order from here a lot and it just keeps getting better ! Decided to leave a review . Restaurant is clean , food is good and cooked to order . if i could give a negative or 0 I would. group at work ordered last week for a birthday celebration and time for delivery kept changing and no call to advise. door dash was delivering and driver sat in their car on the phone. driver had the wrong order and said we would need to take it up with store. store said they would not redeluver and to call door dash. still waiting on my full refund to include tip. it is day 6 and have not heard back. Battlefield/walmart way store is useless

twice in one day I went there for the crazy puffs, the first time there wasn't any available they said it would take 10 minutes, I go back 2 hours later the same story. what happened to hot and ready? disappointing

The woman today that’s working the drive thru is totally disrespectful, I pull to the window cause my order said ready on the app, she screams and says your order is not ready yet give it five minutes pull around and come back, waiting five mins get food, pizza is cold. She should watch how she talk to customers, she is not professional at all.

I think it’s absolutely insane that I picked up a Pepsi with an expiration of 4/28/25 and it’s 6/12/25. This soda was so flat at first sip that’s what made me even check the expiration date. I shook the bottle to make sure and there was barely any fizz. The crazy puffs barely have any sauce on them now, what’s that about? A ploy to get people to buy crazy sauce??? When just months ago you couldn’t bite into them without the sauce falling out… Needless to say, I don’t have time to go back and get a refund or get it replaced as I was on borrowed time…

We placed an online order. When I arrived, I pulled up to the drive thru menu and speaker to let them know I was picking up an online order. I waited 10 minutes and no came on the speaker. There was a car that was sitting at the drive thru window when I arrived. Waited another five minutes before anyone came on the speaker. I noticed an employee at the front counter was texting while the other two employees were doing all of the work.
