if i could give a negative or 0 I would. group at work ordered last week for a birthday celebration and time for delivery kept changing and no call to advise. door dash was delivering and driver sat in their car on the phone. driver had the wrong order and said we would need to take it up with store. store said they would not redeluver and to call door dash. still waiting on my full refund to include tip. it is day 6 and have not heard back. Battlefield/walmart way store is useless

The woman today that’s working the drive thru is totally disrespectful, I pull to the window cause my order said ready on the app, she screams and says your order is not ready yet give it five minutes pull around and come back, waiting five mins get food, pizza is cold. She should watch how she talk to customers, she is not professional at all.

I think it’s absolutely insane that I picked up a Pepsi with an expiration of 4/28/25 and it’s 6/12/25. This soda was so flat at first sip that’s what made me even check the expiration date. I shook the bottle to make sure and there was barely any fizz. The crazy puffs barely have any sauce on them now, what’s that about? A ploy to get people to buy crazy sauce??? When just months ago you couldn’t bite into them without the sauce falling out… Needless to say, I don’t have time to go back and get a refund or get it replaced as I was on borrowed time…

We placed an online order. When I arrived, I pulled up to the drive thru menu and speaker to let them know I was picking up an online order. I waited 10 minutes and no came on the speaker. There was a car that was sitting at the drive thru window when I arrived. Waited another five minutes before anyone came on the speaker. I noticed an employee at the front counter was texting while the other two employees were doing all of the work.

Came on a Saturday at 10pm when they’re supposedly open until 11pm and they were inside with all the doors locked. How can you be open until 11pm but lock your doors before 10pm??

Came in for a stuffed crust that I was really craving but was denied cause they were supposedly out of mozzarella sticks 😕 it was early afternoon so it wasn't like I came in near closing.... Cashier seemed annoyed that I had asked for that which makes me think that she just didn't want to make it, cause it would have to been made fresh.... If anything why couldn't the shredded mozzarella be used? I would have been happy with that!

Every time I come here I get an attitude. My mom love this nasty pizza. I order in the drive thru and have to wait 10 min and come back to the window. Basically wait in line again to get the pizza I ordered. Make it make sense. Y’all suck!!! Do better. And you serve the same size pizza but put it in a bigger box!!!

So normally we don't have problems with this location and the boy how goes back and forth between helping make pizza and taking orders is a nice gentleman but we went to go get pizza tonight I put in an order for a stuffed crust pizza with some toppings and two crazy breads. The first time that they messed up my pizza they added peppers on it, I'm allergic to peppers so they remade the pizza and that's when they messed it up the second time. They didn't add the mushrooms I went in to try to get it fixed and that's when I noticed the girl in the back who was making another stuffed crust pizza was not wearing gloves and that is also when I was informed that another customer had been waiting for an hour and a half for his pizza at that point I was just fed up and walked out.
