Came on a Saturday at 10pm when they’re supposedly open until 11pm and they were inside with all the doors locked. How can you be open until 11pm but lock your doors before 10pm??

Came in for a stuffed crust that I was really craving but was denied cause they were supposedly out of mozzarella sticks 😕 it was early afternoon so it wasn't like I came in near closing.... Cashier seemed annoyed that I had asked for that which makes me think that she just didn't want to make it, cause it would have to been made fresh.... If anything why couldn't the shredded mozzarella be used? I would have been happy with that!

Every time I come here I get an attitude. My mom love this nasty pizza. I order in the drive thru and have to wait 10 min and come back to the window. Basically wait in line again to get the pizza I ordered. Make it make sense. Y’all suck!!! Do better. And you serve the same size pizza but put it in a bigger box!!!

So normally we don't have problems with this location and the boy how goes back and forth between helping make pizza and taking orders is a nice gentleman but we went to go get pizza tonight I put in an order for a stuffed crust pizza with some toppings and two crazy breads. The first time that they messed up my pizza they added peppers on it, I'm allergic to peppers so they remade the pizza and that's when they messed it up the second time. They didn't add the mushrooms I went in to try to get it fixed and that's when I noticed the girl in the back who was making another stuffed crust pizza was not wearing gloves and that is also when I was informed that another customer had been waiting for an hour and a half for his pizza at that point I was just fed up and walked out.

The store on federick Blvd stole my phone. The DM was helpful in recovering my phone from an employee. So be careful when patronizing this store

Food is pretty standard and meets expectations. But they frequently have staffing or computer issues and the workers there seem frazzled, and thus the food isn't ready on time. The atmosphere is pretty "plain Jane" small lobby.

My husband came home with a pizza that looks and taste like it’s been sitting there all day. Cold and dry! Which is amazing considering he called to pre order and was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on when he didn’t say hello fast enough. So he decided to just show up and this is what we ended up with! My toddler wouldn’t even eat her slice of pizza.
Ordered pepperoni deep dish and crazy bread . crazy bread was hard they over coated with butter to hide it..and they put the pepperoni on the corner. The fact that I even give this store a chance .. I spent $15 it was not a great experience. Again last time they forgot to make my order had me wait 35 mins to tell me it wasn’t even made

So I parked behind store and notice two employees rolling and smoking weed. The whole time as I was waiting for my pizza. Probably not the smartest idea to be smoking weed at your place of employment right at the end of drive thru.
