They don't let you order pizza at the counter anymore. I don't know if that's temporary or what, I was just told "we're not doing that." Not really sure what it's doing here.

The front of the store also reeks of weed. There's a bunch of homeless-looking guys at the Stop'n'Save next door. It's easier to get crack here than actual pizza.

Went here on veterans day. They gave free personal pan pizza with 16 oz sodas.

I had been working in the Chesapeake, VA, area. After a really long day, I made the decision to grab a Little Caesar's pizza. I pick it up, drive about 20 minutes, stop somewhere, and open the box, ready to chow down. I took out a slice, and it had a hair on it!!! I had to discard the entire pizza because it was so disgusting. When I call the following day, they were sarcastic and behaved like it wasn't a big concern. It matters a lot when your customers spend their hard earned money on your pizza. Or it should matter..should be very important to you. I finally got in touch with management above the store, and they offered a refund. I guess I'll get the refund when I'm back in the area, but I'll never have another pizza from this particular location on Liberty Street..

As soon as we opened the box we saw hair. I immediately threw it way. Basically threw money away. Why aren't they wearing something to protect hair from falling to people food? Ugh.

They never answer the phone

I WAS ACTUALLY COMING OUT OF DOLLAR STORE NEXT DOOR. MANAGER OF LITTLE CAESARS STANDING IN FRONT OF STORE ANS PACING THE SIDE WALK SMOKING WEED! ANOTHER EMPLOYEE DOING THE SAME THING BUT CAME OUT OF STORE AND SAT ON SOMEONE'S LAP IN A TRUCK TO GIVE THEM A LAP DANCE. MANAGER TURNED HER HEAD AND WALKED AWAY!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSANITARY!! I WOULDNT EAT NOTHING FROM THERE!! OMGGGG

Usually get a deep dish cause I think they are way better than the hot and ready. However I suspect they are putting the hot and ready dough into the deep dish pan. Have experienced this at several locations. The flavor and look are different

The Cheese & Herb Crazy Puffs™ + Crazy Sauce was pepperoni and it had no crazy sauce, they were burnt and hard. The crazy bread was just bread with no cheese or seasoning on them. And the stuffed crust pizza was cooked so long the crust was hard and so browned that it was the same color as the boxes interior. This was the worst experience I've had with this company. Very disappointed.

Fire them all and start over again. Employees ignore the phone while sending out incorrect orders. “Delivery support” (DoorDash posers) try to appease with a 25% refund. This company has gone to trash and this location, specifically, needs to close permanently.

Very rude, men. They make new rules when they want to. I was told at 9:15p that they were not taking any more orders because he didn't want to. The assistant manager designed the madness. They are supposed to close at 10pm. Also told me since that is the hours posted online with their address phone and name, that I need to try to order online then. Seems like everytime I try to patronize in low income areas, I'm met with porr attitudes and service. Normally the service is ok, but on Friday April 5th, 2024, that cane to a complete end. I will now return to patronizing College Squares location. If you are going to stop taking customers at 9:15, at least make that known on the web site and on the door of the location. The workers are going to run this nice establishment into the ground.

I was at this Little Caesars on Friday. I waited almost two hours for my food and none of the employees were trying to help they had their AirPods in. So a customer went behind the counter to start pushing everyone’s orders back. I still ended up with the wrong pizza ??‍♀️
