Very rude, men. They make new rules when they want to. I was told at 9:15p that they were not taking any more orders because he didn't want to. The assistant manager designed the madness. They are supposed to close at 10pm. Also told me since that is the hours posted online with their address phone and name, that I need to try to order online then. Seems like everytime I try to patronize in low income areas, I'm met with porr attitudes and service. Normally the service is ok, but on Friday April 5th, 2024, that cane to a complete end. I will now return to patronizing College Squares location. If you are going to stop taking customers at 9:15, at least make that known on the web site and on the door of the location. The workers are going to run this nice establishment into the ground.

I was at this Little Caesars on Friday. I waited almost two hours for my food and none of the employees were trying to help they had their AirPods in. So a customer went behind the counter to start pushing everyone’s orders back. I still ended up with the wrong pizza ??♀️

This location the staff much more friendlier than 1 around corner from Upscales...that location they are rude..unprofissional..well just 1 person I have encountered few times..that made me search for 1 else where..when did this location closer to home that's a plus right THERE! for years until now never new 1 was closer to get to! Staff friendly and patient and professional with servicing. Keep up it up..you all are doing good job there!

Today I went inside this store and there was only one guy in there working. His name is Kenny and if it was up to him alone to run the store with tact, precision and great positive attitude and vibes, he's your guy. His work ethic is top notch and we need more young brothers in the working field with that type of energy, positivity and drive. He earned these stars and this review. On 1/23/24 I ordered 3 pizzas. One was the wrong pizza which was slightly burnt and one was sloppily put together. The quality of the pizzas at this site on Liberty Street has consistently decreased since opening. I suggest checking your pizzas prior to leaving the site. It's apparent that the cooks don't care about the quality of the pizzas they cook.

I put a order in, in store for stuffed crazy bread and the stuffed crazy crust pizza. We waited for an hour to get the order. When we got it we walked out and realized we didn't get either thing we ordered. We went back in and they said we ran out of cheese, but they just decided not to tell us overcharge us. hoping we wouldn't care enough to go back when. We went back they have us a refund then charged us full price for the incorrect order ,( we did take it home so understandable but no discount or anything for giving us the Incorrect or to begin with)they had given us which the pizza was undercooked . Will never return to this Little Ceasars again.

They need to wear hairnets. There's always hair "swinging" around the pizzas. Gloves would be nice too since I see individuals handling money and then boxing up pizzas without washing

Stop hiring kids with no skills or communication skills and no customer service you will stand there for 15mins before your order is even takken they will watch you and not say anything they rather argue with customers always with attitudes because they don't wanna be there don't wanna work don't ask for a job ?

I ordered garlic butter with my order, once it was delivered I did not acquire garlic butter. I called 9 times and went to voice-mail, and on the 10th time they answered, I explained the situation and they told me that I had to drive to pick it up and that they not refund for the sauce, I said I will not spend more money on gas to get garlic butter that I paid for, and they hung up on me. I called again went to voice-mail, and called a final time and asked if their was a way for it to get delivered and they said no and their was a worker in the background that said "tell him, he's not getting his garlic butter" then hung up.
