My husband went to Little Caesars to get us some pizza and it was one of the worst experiences ever. He waited in line for over an hour and when they finally gave him our pizza, it was still raw so they had to remake it. He waited for another 30 minutes and when he brought it home, although it looked like it was OK it was still raw underneath. I called them and asked to speak to a manager and one of the guys they are hung up in my face. So I called again and another young man answered, and I tried to tell him about the order and he hung up in my face so I continue to call again and nobody picked up. They just completely ignored my call and it was a very unprofessional. I would not advise anyone to go to the Little Caesars on Volvo Parkway. When they first open, they were doing well and they have not been open for that long just a few months and now they are very slow and very rude and they do not make the piece of well at all I don’t know if it’s just because it’s Friday, but I am very angry that no one wanted to solve the issue and we waited over an hour. I will not be going back.

Britney the manager is very friendly and accommodating. They made a mistake on the pizza that I ordered. She acted right away to correct the issue. She personally made my pizza and made sure that I will be satisfied. Britney is amazing. I highly recommend this location in Volvo Parkway. I will be back and order more pizza.

During my visit, the Shift Manager walked out of the restaurant, leaving minors unattended in the building, after being confronted by a customer regarding an incorrect order. I also observed no handwashing and no gloves being used while food was prepared (though I could be wrong about gloves may not be required in the City of Chesapeake). I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, which was made incorrectly, resulting in an additional 30-minute wait for the corrected order. While waiting, I observed an employee eating a breadstick while on the line, which is a clear food safety violation.

Overall, there was a lack of basic customer service and food safety awareness. I strongly encourage upper management to review camera footage between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM to substantiate these concerns. This is a brand-new location, but it is poorly managed from the top down. With the right leadership and proper training environment, this location has the potential to improve and be turned around.

We usually LOVE their pizza. We have never had such hard bread sticks. My 2 kids look forward to them the most, not this time. We were too tired to go back and ask for new ones. We will not get them next time.
