We were here visiting and our first time here. Absolutely a wonderful experience from walking in to us leaving 3 hours later. The breakfast and drinks from the bar were amazing...this is why we stayed at the bar longer than usual. Our bartender/waitress, Taylor, was so attentive to all of our needs. She recommended the shrimp and grits to us and it did not disappoint!!! The best thing was Taylor's big smile she had on her face as she greeted and took care of everyone that...
Second time eating here in the last week. Food is terrific and the atmosphere is great! But what really sets Lockside apart from other restaurants is the excellent service! Both times Taylor was our server and she was amazing - professional, friendly, and attentive! She is the best!
Exceptional flounder and one of the best corn and crab chowder bowls I have ever had! Service was fantastic and very attentive and polite! Highly recommend for seafood when you are in Chesapeake. Great view of the canal from the dockside dining area. Fun to see fish jump from the water!
